take a normal pistol with 30 round cost THB 1700 and it worth it….fun and enjoyable shooting live round….
There are a number of guns and 3 or 4 calibers to choose from. For 30 rounds and one gun, the cost is 1700 Baht. My instructor showed me how to shoot and load the gun, and stood next to me as I went through all the ammunition. This was my first time at a shooting range and shooting a gun—and I enjoyed it.

I’ve been to ranges before but this one was great fun. The instructor was excellent. I’ve fired many weapons and have been one many ranges, this was well run. A great selection of weapons to fire, all well maintained. Even got my wife firing a .22. Excellent, safe way to experience weapons.
Further out from centre of Chiang Mai than other ranges but cheaper price.. (1700 baht versus 2200 baht starting price). However it does work out at $3 AUD a bullet for lower end guns. I guess bullets are expensive and that is why wars are costly.
Came upon this shooting range while driving down memory lane. The road has changed a little after 15+ years and it now has a shooting range so why not have a jack.We pulled up and my husband become man child excited. Next thing I knew we were selecting guns and my husband was readying payment.I picked a glock as did my hubby.We were given protective wear, brief safety and gun instructions and how to handle. English was lacking a bit however the delivery & visual was on point.I didnt know what to expect & I’ve nothing to compare but I think it was pretty cool. My aim was rubbish but I still had a blast. My hubby also had a blast and you can sure burn through cash quickly. I had to call a halt on my husbands excitement – approx $80nzd per round of 25 bullets & even thats big cash to many in NZ. 3 rounds, gotta pull the handbrake.TO note, there is a restaurant, cafe and ice shakes and smoothies on site and all are decently priced.I do think its a pretty neat outting if you are cashed up.
