Blue, White Temple and Black house, fall in love with beautiful art and colors. we had a lot of fun with our tour and guide. thank you chiangmaitours.net hope can come back for holiday again. we will definitely take the tour with you again.
We didn’t have a great experience with Chiang Mai Tours at all. Booked well in advance and there was a lot of issues with the pick-up time. Despite contacting the travel agency numerous times, they claimed that they could not get a hold of us to notify us that the pickup time was changed from 8:15-8:30 to 07:15-7:30.The tour “guide” do not provide any information on the various temples that you visit and operate more as a coordinator. Once in Chiang Rai, the lunch selection chosen by the tour company was not very good.Honestly you’re better off booking a private car and going by yourself. We would NOT recommend going on this tour.
It’s great to have close contact with those giants in a natural environment. They need care and protection, while we together can do it.
we are writing this review because of excellent service. me and my gf were travelling first time to Chiangmai and we dont know anything about what can do there. internet search found chiangmaitour.net asked questions online. very quick response, asked them many many questions. thank you for your patient. after we give our WhatsApp number and they quick response to us. booked 2 tours. with full information, Elephant retirement park full day+rafting. so nice to walk with elephants and play with them. Chiangmai we saw many option with sanctuary but we like this one , they explain us whats the different.good memories. rafting was fun it was our first experience but no so difficult. if you like adventure you must try. tnx chiangmaitour
Very fast and convenience service. I was able to book the tour hassle free with only just a call. More than that, the operator offered me a very cheap car that take me to the airport.
Usually not somebody who writes reviews but our experience with Chiang Mai tours was outstanding. First of all, the webpage is easy to navigate and booking is easy, they lay out very nicely what is needed from you such as hotel name and contact info. Our elephant tour was running late to pick us up, so my OCD self decided to send a message to the Chiang Mai whatsapp number. My message was quickly answered with them placing a call to the tour’s operator to figure out the delay. I was reassured that they were on their way and apologized for the inconvenience. Sevgi which was the customer service representative offered to help us with future tours as they also operated tours in the Krabi area. Sevgi went above and beyond making sure I was informed and able to book two additional tours in the Krabi area and even checked in us after we had to reschedule one due to wife getting a little sick. I wish I was more eloquent and a better writer to explain how happy and grateful I am to Chiang Mai tours and particularly Sevgi for their incredible customer service shown to us during our trip. Highly recommend this compnay!
When I staerded planning my visit to Chiang Mai I found many options and companies that offer ziplining. I found that Chiang Mai Tours offered the best price and they even include transfers and food wich is great because it saves a lot of time and avoids offers from people who just want to double prices because you are a tourist. The prices in this company are the best and the experiences are great! Today I did Ziplining and it went better than I expected, I chose the Bronze one but we ended up wishing we had bought the golden one to have more time on the zipping because the price was very good (the golden one includes the bronze and the silver one). The instructors where always taking care of the safety and they were so nice that they even recorded videos with us. After that we had a Thai buffet in the middle of the nature which was very cozy.I have already booked my trip to Chiang rai and to the elephant sanctuary with them and I will add a review for each of those after I make them 🙂
It was a great experience and the booking service was really easy. The staff were really kind and helpful. I was very enjoy this tour. So amazing! I would recommend it!
Good services with cheap costI got a trip around north Thailand, saw the best sight, enjoy the traditional dinner, ….
This one day tour from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai takes you all the way up north to the border between Thailand, Laos and Myanmar. Also known as the Golden Triangle. It includes hotel transfers from Chiang Mai, transport by air conditioned van, small groups (max 12 persons), Thai buffet lunch, bottle of drinking water, English speaking guide, travel insurance and all entrance fees. Visit the White temple, hill tribe villages, the Golden triangle and hot springs. Pros , The White Temple is the Star , Absolutely Brilliant and should be on every Bucket List , Mekong River cruise was quite interestingCons , The long Travel times especially to Chiang Rai as there are long sections of Road Works and very rough roads .of the 14 hours in the Day around 9 were spent in the Van . Entrance Fees are Not included , Border crossing to Myanmar was closed so we did not cross the Border , The Hill Tribe visit was a waste of time and was very expensive for all the extras .Average – The Hot Springs was quite interesting as was the Thai Lunch which was actually Chinese .
