I travelled for my trip to Phuket in June 2022 with the help of Mr Anwar from Mari Tours. He recommended two hotels and I chose Andaman Embrace and requested for a room upgrade change and he made it happen! Along the way of planning, there were so many changes yet Mr Anwar accommodated to the changes despite some being last minute. He is also usually fast response when being contacted.Upon arrival, Mr Anwar picked me up and brought me for lunch, and brought me for lunch at Pantai restaurant (was supposed to have my candlelight dinner here) and the food was so NICE – that I had to return for Day 3 dinner. The rest of the day I was free and easy, so I explored the stretch of Patong, and the Bangla street, before exploring the night food bazaar.I went for a 2 day island hopping (Phi phi island and James Bond Island) + city tour + spa package. At the end of the day, Mr Anwar normally enquire about the day trips, and it made me feel that he cares, and not treat the travel transaction as just a one-time deal.Mr Anwar speaks fluently in Malay and English thus there was no problem in communication, and he is very friendly. His service is beyond tour agent and customer, but really like long known friends.He was the guide for the city tours and he showed me many nice viewpoints, as well as brought me to the cashew nut factory where I bought some munchies and bee farm where I bought some honey products too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! TWO THUMBS UP!

Professional, efficient, prompt and excellent communication and service provided.19 Jun 2023 My sons and Iwere fetched from hotel in a comfortable clean van and joined the group trip to James Bond, PangNga, PangYee Islands with halal meal. For lunch at floating village and free flow of water and Coke on boat,Speedboat clean, English speaking and helpful Thai crew 22 Jun 2023My sons and I were fetched from Hyatt Regency hotel in Kamala with our luggage in a spacious,clean and comfortable van by professional and pleasant driver Manaree. Our private transfer was a 2hr journey with Manaree sharing with us historical landmarks and the different villages and communities on our way to the white water rafting and ATV with halal lunch followed by unscheduled stopover for local durian and fruits at my request before being sent to our 2nd hotel in Patong. 24 Jun 2023We arranged for private transfer from Hotel in Patong with luggage to Sutai Gym in Surin for my older son’s MuayThai training, while I had my massage and pedicure and my younger son napping in the van comfortably. We then had a scrumptious halal lunch at De’Cafe. On our way to the airport, we stopped over to visit the mosque in BangTao and were then graciously treated to MARI TOUR AGENCY’S family’s quaint cafe for a local beef noodles and homemade milk iced tea as well as packed nasi kerabu to bring home to Singapore much to my sons’ delight. Mr Anuar of Mari Tour was very professional and accommodating to all our requests and we are grateful, thankful and blessed to have had the wonderful experiences in Phuket. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. TRUSTWORTHY. CLEANLINESS & SAFETY PRIOTISED. My sons and I look forward to our next Thailand adventure with MARI TOUR – perhaps Chiangmai, Krabi or Phuket again soon !
