We recently had a booking with them including Airport transfers & land tours. As per email confirmation, driver was supposed to receive us at Phuket airport. But when exited, nobody was present there. We got help from local people who contacted them and after waiting, lady driver turned up. She was not even apologetic for the unprofessional behaviour.Contrary to our request for an English speaking driver, this lady could not communicate well in English. Nor does she have a helping mentality to try to help out with google translate etc . She did not have the right attitude & not co-operative Overall it was not a pleasant experience with Travinphuket. Back home, we sent email to Lek whom we used to communicate prior to booking to feed back on the bad experience. To our surprise, there was not even a reply from their end. Actual services and after sales service is absolutely disappointing. We suggest travellers not to do prior bookings with any agency. You may take taxi from airport to hotel. You can find ample choices of tour operators outside your hotels to help with your further trips.
Book their van transfer pick up through email. Very fast in their reply from Lek.Prompt service with a smile. khun Winai (driver)was very friendly and helpful.Most important in their services was their price were very reasonable. For sure they don’t take you to tourist trap shopping. Will call for their service on future trip to Phuket.
After an extensive search for taxis from Phuket to Bang Rong Pier, I found TravinPhuket. Lek offered me the best price for the ride I wanted and it went all smoothly from A to Z.
