  1. I have been many time and still going here. My favorite therapists are Noom he talented not only with technic but also with feeling and energy . He understand client body . Manager of Spa is very kind and professional. Any time she ready to answer by email and manage my booking . Every room have own steam sauna . I like it. Not every hotel in Bangkok have it . Room facilities and vibe are perfect.

  2. Full disclosure. I didnt even go here. I tried to book on their website for my wife and I. The booking categories do not match the brochure on the website. Tried to book a traditional thai massage that was not on the list. So I tried to book another one that was available on the list. Then I was told it was available for one guest and not the other. So I gave up. In this day and age, you need a better website. You lost business today because of it.

  3. Pedicure for men with Guillaume at Bastien Gonzalez at the Oriental Spa. Combination of foot Massage, pedicure and medical foot treatment is a delight. Was impressed by Guillaumes expertise and skilful handling. Truly worth the money – you walk away with new feet.

  4. Spending an afternoon at The Oriental Spa at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok was an absolute delight. The moment I walked through the doors, I was immediately struck by the peaceful and serene atmosphere. The spa staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and I was quickly whisked away to a private changing room where I could get ready for my treatments. As I made my way to the treatment room, I couldn’t help but be impressed by the stunning decor and ambiance. The spa is designed to be a true oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation, and it definitely succeeded in delivering on that promise. The massage I received was absolutely heavenly. The therapist was skilled and attentive, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. After my massage, I had the opportunity to enjoy some time in the steam room and sauna, which were both incredibly inviting and helped to further enhance my relaxation.Overall, my afternoon at The Oriental Spa at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok was an absolute dream. The spa is truly a luxurious and peaceful retreat, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and indulge in some much-needed self-care.

  5. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage at the Oriental Spa and it was phenomenal. The spa is beautiful, the staff are kind, and the post-treatment treats were delightful. But most importantly, my normally tight muscles felt such relief for many days after.

  6. This signature spa service & massage is the best! Thank you Ms Ngan Thanh Thi Le for clear walking directions from Icon Siam. One tip: take the hotel’s rice barge across Chao Praya to/from the Spa, it’s free even if you aren’t a guest staying in the hotel.

  7. We were lucky enough to enjoy several treatments during our stay at Mandarin Oriental hotel. It was clear that the front desk team wanted to ensure that we were well taken care of and tried their best to accommodate our changing schedule. Both Pop and Noom were excellent and, the facial treatment my wife received was one the best she’d ever had. Looking forward to a return visit soon.

  8. I really expected to be blown away at this Iconic Hotels spa. My experience was just Ok. Prices are not cheap as expected but the experience really wasn’t lavish or the massage exceptional. I’m comparing it to other hotel spas and massages I had while in Thailand. If I knew I would have saved the money I spent at the spa and high tea instead. That is exceptional and very with the money for the experience.

  9. While on a short stay in Bangkok between other destinations, and while staying at a competitor’s hotel, a spa visit was scheduled at the Mandarin Oriental. Should have really stayed here, but there’s always the promise of the next trip… The spa is across the Chao Phraya River from their hotel, so a short free ride on their ferry boat is required. As you enter the spa grounds from the dockside arrival, the chaos of Bangkok is quickly dissolved into the background. Shoes are switched for slippers and the induction process is quick and efficient. Opting for a 90 minute massage treatment, I was guided to a large room upstairs. Treatment rooms are well appointed with private changing areas, restroom, and showers as well as all products you may need. The massage itself was the best (of several) I had on the entire trip. Focus on trouble areas and attention to stretching and mobility were skillfully performed by the therapist. Post treatment, time decompressing with healthy snacks and teas or water in the lounge was a pleasant way to contemplate and prepare for the boat ride back to reality – relaxed and restored.

  10. The oriental spa has always been my dream list, and this year I finally visited as my own birthday treat, I was all the way in awe of the staffs from the hotel entrance – you will take a magical boat shuttle to the spa house, just from this it is dreamt to me already.Even before the massage started I already feel rewinded.I have to especially mention the impeccable hospitality I received from the receptionists, Praifon and Amy, their genuine smile at the very first second warmed my heart, they put so much effort in all details just to make sure I feel wonderful, and they introduce their selection with passion, just whet I showed a little interest. I couldn’t resist to pick up some more gift to myself! My masseuse Noom is also impressive, he glow with a unique serenity, I was surprised there are a 10 min meditation to begin with my treatment, and it made so much difference, in fact, I might never meditate so deeply ever. All his movement and strength are completely in sync with my heart, i will never be able to describe, until a point I had tears in my eyes out of the deep comforting feeling. I’ve never feel so cherished.Lastly I have to thank to the manager Benz, I took my time really to chill at the relaxation area, probably 30 mins or more. When I finally ready to walk out, I saw Benz, Amy, Praifon and all the lovely staffs holding the happy birthday sign, and sang the song for me! I was totally shocked, and feel so bad that I probably let them wait long time, and of course extremely delighted, I feel so special.Really thank you for this experience, from the bottom of my heart. I can’t wait to keep coming to back to this « home ».
