  1. It is a spectacular place! friendly staff with the animals, the elephants are well cared for (they even have a veterinarian and facilities for examination), there are no chains to be seen, they are not allowed to ride them and they are not forced to be with us.The bad thing is that they do not accept credit cards to buy in the store and help or make donations.

  2. Up close and personal time with the elephants after lengthy information about the elephants and how they came to be here. Very interesting and easily understood, our guide was terrific. I had my doubts about this day but was really glad we went. Lots of information and of course, fun experience. The whole place was impeccably clean and well maintained. A lovely day in the country.

  3. We spent an amazing day at the sanctuary learning about how to look after the elephants and participating in a variety of activities. We were really impressed with the level of care, information provided, and ultimate goals of the sanctuary. The guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable – all in all, a fantastic day and definitely a highlight of our holiday.

  4. The experience was magical having to feed and interact with the elephants. The sanctuary is clean and all the staff are very friendly. Mine was our guide and he was so funny and friendly. The facility gave us clothes to wear so we wouldn’t get our items dirty, they provided a place to shower after you interacted, and they taught you about the different elephants on the 20 acres of property. The air conditioned van picked us up from our hotel and took us to the facility. Everyone spoke English and it was an amazing experience.

  5. This is the best elephant sanctuary. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. Not only did we get to feed baby and adult elephants but they do a great job of educating people on many aspects of the elephant history in Thailand and how to make it better for humans and animals. These animals are mostly domesticated elephants so you can walk with them, touch them and wash them in the water. They provided a very good lunch and clean warm showers to wash up after being in the water with the elephants. Our guide was an excellent source of information and very friendly. We will be back one day.

  6. Visiting this Elephant Sanctuary with my study abroad classmates was one of the best activities we did during our entire stay in Thailand! Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and were provided with access to lockers and a change of clothes similar to what the staff wear when interacting with the elephants. We then had time to ask questions and learn the ins and outs of interacting with the elephants before meeting them. The staff were wonderful and arranged for us to meet many elephants, as well as prepare vitamins as a fun treat for them. Before concluding our visit, we all helped bathe the elephants and then returned to the facility where we were given access to showers and served lunch. They even had a small gift shop where you could purchase souvenirs!

  7. Fantastic experience! They take care of domesticated elephants and treat them very well. They can roam around freely and can be fed and washed by tourists. Safety and animal wellbeing is taken good care of and we’ve learned a lot about their fascinating, friendly animals!

  8. AMAZING!!!!!! We wanted to visit an humane elephant park in Thailand and this delivered ! Elephants were super friendly and nice even giving hugs. Lots of nice up close moments with elephants. Feeding the elephants, bathing them, making vitamin balls were super fun. My family loved it including my teenager most of all. Would 100 percent recommend adding this to your iteniary. guides were super nice also.

  9. This was a phenomenal experience that I’ll remember forever. The tour guide Tom was such a kind and thoughtful young man. I highly recommend getting in the water and washing the elephants!

  10. This elephant sanctuary was the highlight of our month-long trip to Southeast Asia. We found that the animals were very well cared for. Our guide and elephant expert, Tom, was very helpful. We learned so very much. We were able to get up and close with two adults, in addition to a mother and her baby. There were a lot of hugs and feeding. In addition to everything else, we were provided an excellent, tasty lunch. The facility includes lockers, restrooms, showers, and changing rooms. At the end, we got in the water to help bathe and scrub down the elephants. Overall, what an exciting and fulfilling experience!
