I would recommend Phuket Scooter Rental. I hired a scooter for 2 weeks from them and they were very reliable and transparent with everything. I also got into a minor accident and they were very helpful with the process- from speaking to the local I had the accident with, to coming with me to repair the front of the bike I hired. I would use them again for sure.
