Judy’s cooking class was fantastic!!! It was one of the best things we did in Phuket. We enjoyed helping to gather fresh ingredients from her garden first. The set up was absolutely beautiful!! But the best thing about the day was Judy herself. So kind and fun, we were laughing all day!! She shared lots of information about the dishes and local ingredients. We made so much delicious food it lasted 2 meals. If you want more Judy magic, you can stay in her hotel as well, which I would highly recommend!!! Thank you Judy, for an experience we will never forget ❤️
It was such a great experience, first we collected all organic vegetables together, than Judy showed us what is a right way to cook Thai food. Amazing time!
The class is perfect for beginners, who are interested in learning about Thai Cousine. The ingredients are very fresh and picked directly from the garden of Judy. I would definitely recommend taking the class with Judy, if you are up for a deep dive into the Thai culture. Enjoy!
Why it was fabulous !Because Judy , our hostess and chef, has a rustic charming home which she has transformed to a restaurant, rooms, garden and outdoor cooking area she shares with you to have a fun and unique culinary experience. You start by meeting any other cooking class guests, we were with 3 delightful young Australian women.Judy then took us around the garden showing and tasting the local herbs and ingredients we would be using. The blue pea flower made the most amazing unique drink I have ever had. There was much laughter, photograph taking interspersed with Judy’s knowledge and her truly beautiful and bubbly personality. We grated coconut, picked mushrooms , met the water buffalo, diced, chopped and sliced fresh onions, garlic and chilies. We pounded toasted rice in mortars and finally put together a laab, a pad Thai and a chicken or vegetarian soup. Altogether our entire group thought it was one of the highlights of our visit to Phuket. Thank you Judy ????
This was the most amazing experience. We started by picking our items in Judy’s massive gardens. Acres. Then she brought us up to this amazing outdoor kitchen and taught us exactly how to prepare our meals. Step by step and friendly instructions. Judy showed us everything and was magnificent!!! It was such a great day. Very memorable!!!!
Our family had the most amazing day with Judy and her staff today. Firstly, we walked around Judy‘s magnificent lush garden picking and sampling vegetables and herbs to use in our cooking. Then Judy taught us how to prepare and cook a delicious Thai banquet which we sat down and enjoyed together. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced chef, Judy has an in-depth knowledge of Thai cooking and a friendly and calm teaching style. Highly recommend this magnificent and truly memorable experience to anyone.?❤️
