BB Divers Koh Mak is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 23000, Thailand
We had an excellent experience with BB Divers Koh Mak from start to finish. We were a family of four holidaying on Koh Mak (in low season) and wanted to have a snorkelling experience and ideally end up at Koh Kood. They picked us up in Koh Mak, drove us to the start point and then we went on a big boat to Koh Kood. They even happily transported our ridiculous amount of luggage. They took us to 3 great snorkelling spots and even fed us for lunch which we weren’t expecting. Gorgeous food. Great day out – we will recommend to our friends back in Bangkok.
I took the freediving course with BB Divers Koh Mak and I’m glad I did it! All the communications and theory session were well managed before my visit to the island. The practical session was super fun and enjoyable by my instructor, Chales. Chales was cool, fun, and he knew how to encourage you to expand your limit. He would monitor of what you practiced at all time during the session to make sure you got it right and you really understood of what you’re doing. 10/10 for you Chales!! ?I also spent 1 day with BB divers for scuba fun dives and I enjoyed it even though the visibility by that time was not pretty good. The boat was big, clean, and in a very good condition. Food and drinks were fine and all of the staffs were so friendly and helpful. At snorkeling spots, there would be a staff swimming along with customers to make sure they were safe and to guide them what/where to see. Comparing to the other companies, I’d found that BB divers’ prices were a bit higher but with their to-the-moon-and-star service, nice boat conditions, and well management, it just so worth of every bath I’d paid. 🙂 Lastly thank you to Anne, the dive center manager and my buddy during the freediving session who managed everything for my class and my visit. You guys are rock! ??ps. Khun Per’s car was awesome! It was a reddy, shiny, small (but practical) car. I guarantee you’re going to love it!?
I spent my freediving level with BB Divers. It was absolutely fabulous. The team take care of you and you feel safe all the time, the boat is big and really beautiful and the food was perfect and more than enough.My instructor Charles was really helpful and you feel really safe and in confidence.I just can recommend that dive center cause I had good time. Hope to share trip again with that team!

My husband and I took the DSD course with Anne, who had also communicated with me prior to the trip. There was a big storm a couple days before our dive so the visibility wasn’t great, but Anne managed both dives with calm and assurance that I think comes with years of experience. She explained the theory clearly while we were on the wood boat to our first dive at Koh Rang. We did some practice near the surface, followed by dive one. Chopper, the staffer on board, set up lunch and then we had some free time snorkeling. In the afternoon, we went to Koh Yak for dive two. Being a first-timer at scuba diving, I had some panic attacks under water, but thanks to Anne, she could somehow handle them right away and we finished the second dive at 11.8 m under in 37 minutes, which is really a big surprise for me. Anne, Chopper, captain, and our pick-up driver were all helpful, professional, and on time. Thank you, Team BB Divers!
Friendly and competent team, beautiful spots for snorkeling, good equipment at disposal, eco-friendly and plastic-free tour, delicious Thai lunch (with vegetarian options), and finally, very competitive price! Would definitely do it again next time I come in the region!
What a team! What a relaxing day in a confortable boat! What a lovely time in family!our holiday would not have been so great in Kok Mak without our 3 days with BB divers. If you want your kids to progress snorkeling or diving or to get confident with water, this is a great team! This shop does not exist. I wasted days trying to find it because of trip advisor. In the end I found Koh Mak Divers, the only dive shop on the island, who are amazing. Please get your places up to date.
