Excellent snorkelling trip, guides really friendly and knowledgeable. We took our 6yr old on her first snorkelling excursion- the amount of different fish we saw was brilliant. Some of the best reefs I’ve seen whilst in Thailand!Lots of time at each spot, and if you’d snorkelled enough, no pressure you could jump back on boat and have fun jumping off the roof etcLots of fresh water and lovely fruits provided. Lunch was basic but delicious.Daughter now hooked so massive win for the day!
We have just completed our Open Water certification today with Koh Mak Divers and was absolutely blown away.From the initial communication we had with Steve when we were home in Australia, everything was so well organised and coordinated. We were picked up and dropped off at our accommodation every day, we had the absolute best dive instructor Carl, and the entire team were like family and just so fun and wonderful.I was initially super anxious as I had not dived before, but Carl was so patient and explained everything so thoroughly and carefully. Our course was intimate and Carl trained just the two of us. They focus on all the technical skills, and ensure that they check off all the requirements, and safety is absolutely paramount.Could not have loved our experience any more. Thank you xxx
Koh Mak Divers welcomed us as a family in the best possible way. Open water refresher, two kids trying out diving for the first time, and snorkeling. Safety was top priority. Food and drinks on the boat was delicious and tourist friendly. Easy to communicate with and nice atmosphere. Living coral reefs. Gold star to instructor Shawn!Would recommend to all!

Koh Mak Divers are the reason why I prefer small dive shops, they make you feel welcome, they go out of their way to show you the best spots, you can ask them anything and they will try and help. And they love diving. I had a really good time, thank you guys.
A reet good day out. The staff were humerous but efficient and in control. We did three snorkelling spots and saw lots of coral and fish. Perhaps not as good as some parts of the world. Food was good and plentiful. Also pineapple and water melon. A word of caution, beware the sun on your back and legs. Wear a t shirt
An amazing diving centre with absolutely class instructors, I did my open water PADI course here and my instructor Sean was incredible and made me feel very safe the whole time! A super friendly and welcoming bunch, would highly recommend anyone learning to dive here ♥️

We arrived at Ko Mak by chance, a family (a couple +3), we didn’t know what to expect, a few weeks before our arrival, we contacted Steve from the diving club, we agreed that we would do a diving course for the two children while we were on the island – the children did the theoretical part from home (e- learning) under the control and supervision of the guide, the divemaster, Steve – the children did the training and diving on the island.Steve is an excellent guide, knew how to be professional and sensitive to the right degree and train them to become an Open water divers – official certification of the PADI diving club.We really enjoyed our time with Steve – highly recommended!
2 dives to the National park, well looked after, lunch was good, good day out, friendly staff. Managed to spot a turtle and a ray lurking on the bottom, wasn’t too deep for open water, prob 14m and 12m, decent enough
