11 years ago (2013), I bought a flower ring as a wedding gift from Gems Gallery Chiang Mai. It was a gorgeous design ring in those ages. I took good care of the ring and rarely wore it because I live in the South Australian countryside and don’t like to dress up too much. Until my European trip in 2023, I lost the ring while travelling at the airport in England. Feeling very sorry and disappointed, I contacted Gems Gallery Chiang Mai about the lost ring and a similar new ring. I received excellent advice and service, even though I had to contact them overseas by phone and email. I would like to thank all the staff from the service staff who took my case and forwarded it to Khun Lek, Khun Nadin, and the manager, Khun Manop Thongmanee. The whole service took only a few days to check the details of the ring. Everyone impressed me and made me 100% confident in the quality of the jewellery and the sincere and friendly service from Gems Gallery Chiang Mai, I hope I will visit them again next year. The experience was truly wonderful. The gems are GORGEOUS and the level of service is truly one of a kind.
