My husband and I looked for this place based on the large number of TripAdviser reviews and we were not disappointed. We both decided to go with the Thai massage with oil, and just a word of warning is that the massage is a very deep tissue massage with lots of elbow work deep into the muscles. My husband loved it, but it was a little too much for me and I’d go with an Aromatherapy or Swedish massage next time. Although I ended up with many black & blue spots, I’d definitely go back! The massage area was very clean and tranquil with low lighting and gentle music playing in the background. We received hot tea both before and after the massage, providing us a chance to more fully relax. I highly recommend!
My wife and I have been regular Bangniang Slimming and Massages customers for the past couple of years and absolutely love this place – and we’ve never found anything quite like it, in the area or elsewhere.What really stands out of for us is the fantastic technique and perception that our favourite masseuses display – we’re always amazed at the way they can read the body, finding and working on any tension points with great accuracy with a really wide range of approaches and rhythms. Wow!We usually go for a tonic traditional Thai massage or the softer Thai Herbal Oil massage, with longer sessions, which give therapists more time to work where it’s needed – whatever you choose, from the very first touch, you’ll know that you’re in professional and very experienced hands…Beyond that, there’s also a nice homely atmosphere in the shop’s small but comfortable and impeccable facilities/equipment, with nice attention to detail and pre and post-massage drinks.A real gem in Khao Lak/Bang Niang!Thanks again for everything!Ben and Kayo

This place gave the best massages I have ever had! I had Oh and Tuk and they were phenomenal, it was so gentle but she found all my sore spots and worked on them. It was so calm and I went back everyday!

Best massage I had in Khao Lak. Much better setup than the standard massage shops. They give you slippers, cold towel, drink and disposable pants when you arrive. Perfect pressure with a qualified therapist. Cup of tea to relax afterwards
This massage is the best is we have tried in Thailand and we have been in Thailand for more than 25 years. The price is a little bit higher but very much better.
We came to Bang Niang Slimming and Massage several times during our Stay at the Waters Hotel. We enjoyed every single session to the maximum. It was super clean, very quiet and airconditioned and the ladies did a perfect job. Appointments were always on time, we never had a wait. We can recommend this Spa 100%. Also because they do not have pets in the house like cats or dogs next to the Waters. I am allergic to cat hair. Hope to see you again next year (maybe) Mel / Germany
