I loved time spent with elephants. We gave them food, we coould pet them and than went to bath with them.I do recommend visit Living green elephant sanctuary
Coming to Inthanon Heaven Trail is one of the best experiences we had in Thailand. The Living Green Sanctuary really is a proper elephant sanctuary, with rescued elephants who are visibly taken great care of. They are very friendly and used to people, love interaction and of course getting some sweets. We also had the chance of bathing them in the stream.Apart from the elephants, we visited Doi Inthanon park, and a coffee production plant, so it was a really amazing experience
The tour was amazing beautiful views and really enjoyed spending time with the elephants. Our tour guide Lulu was very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this tour!
This tour was AMAZING every part of the day was awesome the elephants temple and hike, but the elephants were of course the favorite! They seem to have such a good life at this sanctuary! The hike in Doi Inthanon is long but amazing.
They state on the internet that they are ethical. But they are not… They let you feed and wash the elephants. With like 30 people at once on one elephant. And when you are done another group of 30 people comes in to do the same again…
The Living Green reserve was quitte a disappointment: I specifically wanted to go here because it’s classified as “ethical” but the area to feed the elephants is muddy and disgusting, as is the area to bathe them. No one told us we should bring flip-flops. If they opened in 2013… what have they been doing since?! It should be improved. The lunch was a mediocre Pad Thai at 11:30am followed by some fruit. No coffee, no other options. The hiking in the forest was very pleasant, with spectacular waterfalls and points of view. Our guide was also very helpful and nice, surely not paid enough.
Such a great experience!!! There were 7 of us and we all had such an amazing experience. The best part was the elephants❤❤
They say to be ethical in all the vouchers, but when we drove away we saw 2 people riding on the elephant. Very sad and very bad business. Feel bad that we support this. Don’t go.
