Alex Taxi Phuket & Tour is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 101/113 Moo 4, Passorn, Koh Kaew Thep Krasatti Mueang, 83000, Thailand
Decided to use this shuttle service so I would not have to organise a shuttle once we got there due to the heat. Walked out the exit and quickly found the lady holding my name card. Was told where to stand and the driver would be there shortly. We waited for 30 minutes which is just not good enough, should have just got a taxi. When we left, I thought I’d jump in the front with the driver to discuss a day trip in the next couple of days, was told I can’t because police check. This is a lie, and he missed out on money. I would not use Alex Taxi Phuket again.
Sirivipha was our designated driver provided by Alex Taxi service. She was very friendly and professional. She gave us great suggestions for sightseeing. Took us to elephant rides, snake shows, tiger park ending with big Buddha temple. We also relied on her for authentic Thai food restaurants, she took us to a beautiful scenic Thai place over the mountains. I would love to travel with her again.
Booked a 8h private táxi to southern Phuket. As driver was good and safe but as tourist support was a bad experience. Problems: 1-When starting a tour, the car must be fueled to avoid refueling during the tour. 2-Complete inflexibility when we asked for a stop. 3-Did not provide any tourist information during the trip. 4-No stop of interest was suggested. 5-Difficulty understanding my instructions.

We wished we discovered Alex Taxi Phuket & Tour earlier…. Their airport transfer was professional, easy to book via Whatsapp & arrived early on pick up day. Prices extremely reasonable, half of what we paid with another transport company, and a quarter of what our hotel quoted for a family of 4. We would have done more land tours if we found Alex Taxi sooner…. Next time!
