  1. Visited with family group, 4 adults and three under 7’s. We did 3 rides on the luge, the sky walk and a ride on the new bicycle on a wire near the entrance. Tried out the teas and pastries in the baboon cafe (with air con), everything was delicious, albeit a little more expensive than most places we’ve been in Thailand (still cheaper than prices back home!). The smoothies, iced teas and milkshakes were amazing though, and totally worth it!The Luge was fun with the kids, they would’ve gone around many more times if they could. The sky walk was very scenic, and for most of it you feel quite peaceful and disconnected from the rest of the park. The whole place is clearly still being developed, looks like lots of new things being built. We did the bike on a wire which is just about to open for general bookings as we happened to be in the right place at the right time. It was great fun, and not like any other overhead wire experience I’ve ever had before (despite many visits to Zipline parks in the past in various countries). The staff were really attentive and friendly from our first arrival, and kept us updated on wait times for activities (we didn’t book anything in advance), provided a helmet mount for our go pro on the luge etc, and generally everyone who helped or spoke to us were really nice and super helpful. Also the kids loved the ice cream and the amazing strawberry milkshakes in the baboon cafe.

  2. Excellent and Great experience with Hanuman, Best Restaurant at 3 monkey and Baboon Cafe!! Noli was assited us a great staff, Definitely knows what adventures we want.

  3. Amazing attraction. It is a must to go with your family. It is advisable to go to the longest A+ program. The guides are excellent, funny jokes and strict safety. The 6-year-old was delighted. Do not go to the program at 15:00, take it earlier, because 2.5 hours only for riding, otherwise you will not have time to eat and walk on the bridge. The food is extremely high quality, the choice is small, but the quality and composition are amazing. The attitude of the staff is sensitive, not island Thai. After the park closed, they led us arm in arm to the bridge, because we did not have time to look. It is normal to take pictures on phones, at the end they offer very expensive videos and photos (the price is significantly lower for a family – for example, 1200 baht for one and 1400 for three), photos and videos are of excellent quality, take everything at once, you will not regret it.

  4. It was an exhilarating experience. We throughly enjoyed the session. The staff made sure the safety of all visitors, suitable for children too.

  5. We visited Hanuman World in Phuket, booking the Combine WB+ package for 15:00. The day started well—the driver picked us up at 14:00, and we arrived at 14:45. However, after check-in, we were left waiting. Despite our scheduled start time, we weren’t called until 16:30, after multiple frustrating conversations with the supervisor.Once we finally started, the activity itself was enjoyable, and most of the instructors were polite. However, one was incredibly rude to my daughter, forcing me to intervene. This was unacceptable and overshadowed what could have been a positive experience. We finished around 18:15 and moved on to the roller zipline, the highlight of the package. Sadly, by then it was getting dark, and after another 45-minute queue, we discovered that 75% of the zipline route had no lighting. It felt unsafe and took away the excitement.Although staff provided water and mosquito spray while we waited, it didn’t make up for the delays. We finished at 19:10, leaving almost no time for the included dinner before the 19:30 transport back to the hotel. What disappointed me most was the lack of acknowledgement from management. Given the delays and setbacks, I would have expected an apology or even compensation for the ruined roller and rushed dinner. Instead, we felt overlooked and let down.Overall, the poor organisation and lack of care overshadowed what could have been a great experience. Management must ensure they only take bookings they can handle, with a focus on delivering the quality and timing promised.

  6. If you’re going to do it, I recommend going all out. We got the A+ package because it’s not much more and you get more ziplines. It’s very pretty and pleasant up there, but there aren’t really any breaks. You’ll want to take your water and camera with you for the platforms/ziplines. When you do the roller you can’t take your camera etc with you, but they’ll sell you the video for around $1000B i think? The roller is fast and wild and you feel like you might get thrown off. Definitely recommend. The skywalk is kind of meh, its pleasant but very very short, I think there’s like 3 platforms? Was a nice place to sit and relaxI enjoyed the buffet, most of the food is mediocre but the pawpaw salad was nice and is made fresh. The buffet was nicer than some other buffets I’ve been to in PhuketIf you’re going to do it I recommend booking at least a day in advance. We didn’t get picked up, made our own way there, and had to wait about 30 minutes to get “registered”. It all worked out in the end but can be rather stressful
