We didn’t have the best 4-days experience due to unforeseen weather conditions in Sept. but it was cushioned by the couple Khun Pojjana and Khun Panya courtesy and service. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The itinerary was fully customisable, and they handled last-minute changes with ease. The big, fancy van was super comfortable for our family of six. Highly recommend for a stress-free and enjoyable travel experience in Phuket.
Mr Paniya was very friendly with high local knowledge and was giving us very interesting information about places of visit.He was on time all the time . Our experience in phuket was excellent thanks to Panya as he was punctual and responsive to our communication, from Airport pick up/drop off , boat tour, and quad bike trail, all these were hassle free with great prices. After a 11.5!hr flight unfortunately no one was at the airport to greet us. After a couple of phone calls to the advertised phone number. We were told to look for someone outside the police station. There was no identifiable stand, however we found a lady who told us to wait, 5-10 mins, we were subsequently directed to an old minibus with no air con and broken seats.We were unhappy with their service -not what you want after a long flight.

The tour was punctual, the bus was clean and comfortable, and P Panya’s excellent English allowed him to communicate effortlessly with my family group, which is a mix of Thai and foreigners. His kindness and patience, along with great recommendations, made the experience unforgettable. On the second day, we decided to buy the boat tour package from him after purchasing one through Klook on the first day.
