  1. Currently undergoing renovations. It looked like it might be a nice little complex once updated, but aside from a couple of restaurants at the front everything else was empty or covered by work-mans sheets. I didn’t see any indication on when it all opens up again.

  2. This place is about as distinguished as might be one Bangkok 7-eleven from another. The best 7-eleven is the one closest to you when you want one – the others are unnecessary to you at that moment. This small shopping centre is like dozens (a hundred or more, actually) in Bangkok. It’s unlikely you’ll need to know that it exists, let alone cross the world to visit it.https://www.facebook.com/24thAvenue?_fb_noscript=1Note – Website now down, and Facebook page inactive. Other places (e.g. Siam Centre a year ago) don’t go so inactive during renovations..

  3. Very small by mall standards, more like a large lobby with a couple of bars, fast food places and Japanese restaurants, still developing. I only go there for the burgers or fried chicken, nothing else interesting to seeCarl’s Jr if your in the mood for hamburgersMono mono Korean fried chicken which is excellentFew parking slots street side, very difficult to find parking as stalls are always occupiedEasy to get too as it’s right on Soi 24 which is a busy street leading into Sukhumvit road or Rama IV (both main streets)

  4. Whilst it’s listed as an “Attraction”, I would call it a restaurant as it serves food and alcohol. It took me about 15 minutes to walk straight down a good road from BTS station Phrom Phong. The restaurant/cafe sits in a small building as described by others and has a few alternate food outlets competing against it. I wanted to try their special buns and chose a Groupon voucher deal. I found my selected bun (fried oysters) was very tasty and the sides of fries and pickles perfect. In the end I also ordered an extra plate of the fried wings which came with more fries and pickles. As a tourist I thought the price may be a little bit expensive for locals but I had no regrets coming here. Service was good and friendly.I will recommend this place to any traveller who wants to try the range of buns as I couldn’t find a similar place elsewhere. Definitely come back to try some of their other buns and worth the short walk (plenty of good value foot massage places along the road to reinvigorate your feet without the dodgy side offers).

  5. Think the main purpose is to serve people already in the area, to make a trip specially down to the area would disappoint many as the range of shops there are limited. One would be probably better off going to Terminal 21 nearby!
