  1. This place has LOTS of Japanese restaurants but I don’t eat at them because i am vegetarian. Hpwever there is a good food court in the bottom floor which has stalls making fresh fruit and veg smoothies as well as a great VEGAN food stall which makes all your Thai favorites without fish or meat. There’s a very good stall making mango and sticky rice too. They also have a Farmers Market with fresh baked goods, bread, vegetables etc on some weekends. Its linked to the Sky Train by walkway so its easy to get in and out.

  2. This is a really good location mall in downtown Bangkok. It’s on Sukhumvit rd. soi Ekamai (Sukhumvit 63) and got direct BTS station connection. There’s a lot of parking indoor both in basement and carpark building. On lower 3 floors there’re lots of chain restaurants especially Japanese. The best is that on top floor there’s Harborland indoor playground that’s just opened in middle of 2019. It’s for children age 1-13 yo and it’s very fun!

  3. Mall is attached to a BTS station and has plenty of things to do for big kids (say, 7 – 13) from laser tags, VR stations, flight simulation experience and a huuuuuuuge playground in Harbor Land where kids can run, climb, slide, swing to their heart’s content. Personally this is better than any pretend-professions playgrounds across town.

  4. On the ground floor between the Watsons farmacia and the MaxValu supermarket, there’s a tremendous vegan food booth – called ‘So Vegan’ / โลสีแกน – at which you can actively practise kindness to yourself, future generations, our fellow mammals and other sentient creatures, and the environment, while purchasing delicious and flavourful cruelty-free food. There are various options available. One canbuy items individually – as is the customamong many Thais – or as part of single meal reusable boxes (composed of a selection of dishes with some healthy purple rice). I can guarantee that any customer will enjoy her purchase, and things are not expensive at all.

  5. The Gateway has survived the pandemic and most shops and restaurants are open full time. You can reach the Gateway Mall by the BTS Skytrain and getting off at the Ekamai station. You can walk right into the mall from the train platform. The ground floor has a Max Value supermarket and many resaturants as does the first floor. The flavor of this mall is primarily Japanese, so you will find any type of Japanese food and beauty products and cosmetics. So if you are looking for something Japanese, you should find it here. There are many shops on the upper floors also including many electronic shops. There is a western restaurant on the ground floor if you are looking for a different taste. It is a convenient location farther down Sukhumvit and smaller than its upper Suk malls.

  6. If your in the area. More an ‘old’ mall. Felt like a market combined with a mall! Cheap and cheerful. Eateries and supermarket if anything. Good place to get a bite to eat. Quite a few floors but nothing exciting. Right next to the BTS. I only stopped as I was having breakfast in the area and wanted to go to the supermarket.

  7. Located at BTS Ekkamai, a Japanese mall with many Japanese restaurants and a Japanese supermarket. We came here in a rainy day to avoid the rain. It is linked with the BTS station.Tried the Hachiban ramen at the ground floor which was nice and affordable. The Tsuruha drug store is slightly disappointment. It has many stuffs but not Japan eye drops. They sell Thailand made eye drops only. The supermarket has lots of things to buy. Good place to buy some Japanese stuffs.

  8. Be honest with your advertising. Special was actually 3 times more the cost as advertised. We decided to visit this restaurant because of the great lunch time meal price offered. But when we ordered it (as per the photo on the window 105 baht) it was more than 300 baht!!!!!Is that the definition of a scam ?

  9. I love storms! and the tornado is SUPER DOPE!! The ribbon maze is a little bit scary but I still love it!!

  10. This is considered a small mall by Bangkok standards and it caters for the big Japanese population in the area. You can really get anything you need here with a supermarket, many eating choices such as sushi train, KFC, Svensons, home cooked Thai and bakeries with delicious goods.

  11. Mall located at BTS Gateway Ekamai, convenience for travel. At the Basement floor (B) have one stop service print shop , I Print I DoThey can do Brochure, Name card , Stickers many kinds, they are professional , can speak English And Big Stationary shop Office Mate
