  1. We had a walk at Indochine market and the nearby walking street along the Khong River. It is great to walk after a big meal. Items for sale are diverse, mostly foods and items for everyday use. We bought pairs of socks, THB10-25 a pair, very cheap. Its landmark had an old tower clock built by Vietnameses as a memory before they departed back to their homeland.

  2. It’s a market with stuff that you see in all other places. Not really worth a visit unless you pass it. The River walk 25 meter away is a nicer place to spend some time at

  3. An OK, average indoor market if you need to pick up something. At night there is an outdoor market with several blocks of vendors.

  4. Not a lot to see at this market. Not sure if it was an off day, but there were not that many stalls and 90% of them are clothes of cheap quality.

  5. After previously visiting the 1-kilometre long Indochina street market at Mukdahan, we were expecting much more than this “market” in a single large building. There was a reasonable selections of clothes and grocery stalls but not a lot of others and quite a few vacant or closed ones at the back. The location is very central so you can easily check it out but probably that won’t take long. We did go to the night street market also which was great for food and had a few clothing stalls.

  6. This market faces the Mekong and is easy to find. However, there is littlke of interest for sale. Shops are tiured and run down and there is a general lack of atmosphere or interest.
