  1. The church is ordinary building that serves its purpose, but the former residents of the abbot is very interesting, it is colonial style building with it looked very charming, there’s nothing much on the ground to see but it is still interesting to visit the place.

  2. Saint Anna Church was located at the northern end of the 5-mile bicycle lane along the Mae Nam Kong with rolling mountains on the Lao side. No entry fee required, as is the case in touristy Chiang Mai. Walking around the church was spiritually inspiring and purifying. Well worth a visit for those with good tastes.

  3. Just did a quick stop for a few photos. Feared lightning bolts if I went inside. Catholic Church with Vietnamese influence.

  4. This church has a very big compound and a good view facing the great Mekong. In the morning can see a lot of school children here.

  5. A very nice Catholic church in Nakhon Phanom. It was empty when I came here. And also a nice change from all the Thai temples thst I had visited in the city.

  6. Walked there and yes was a church but could not see inside. Locked. OK if just out to do something but no real interest to us.

  7. Really interesting building and the figure of Mary looks somehow androgynous. It is not clear whether this is intentional. Great location.

  8. I went there on Saturday at 10 am. It closed. Sculpture is now change to white color. Very quiet around this area.

  9. being a Roman Catholic, this sighting was a rare sight I had to see…as luck would have it,it was closed..i’ll try again this summer when I return to Nakhon Phanom…

  10. A brief visit out of hours as one of several stops. I noticed on other reviews that it was closed so have attached a photo of their open hours. Mon to Fri from 06:15, Sat from 06:30 and Sun from 07:00 and again from 19:00.The grounds are clean & well maintained but unable to enter the church. From photos contributed we will have to visit again.
