  1. This temple is situated at the end of the Nantharam Road which runs due south from Chiang Mai Gate. The grounds are extensive and deserted. There are several interesting buildings including two viharn and a fine gold clad cheddi and a large fish pond. There’s also a small temple dedicated to the Budai or fat monk. At the back in the corner is the biggest palm tree you’ll ever see.

  2. The temple area is filled with lots of green trees and flowers. The Temple is very beautiful and the golden colored craving is complimenting it’s beauty.

  3. A temple that appears to be less known (and visited) than most other temples in Chiang Mai. Vihara appears to be relatively new (or impressively restored), and is surrounded with associated modern buildings. However, it also contains some very ornate decorations and murals. Also, has a gilded chedi at the rear of the vihara.
