You shouldn’t miss this beautiful temple on your way through the park. It needs just a few minutes to discover this place. Surrounded by a small lake it’s also an excellent photo spot.
The main temple is on a land surrounded by moat and another hall on an island opposite. The scenery is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The temple is just close to King Ramkhamhaeng Monument.
Just a short beautiful walk from the tuktuk stop, it’s amazing. i got to enter doorways leading to dark eerie rooms, beautifully preserved.Ahhhh!!! so worth the effort to visit!
Every Saturday in July and August, there is a lovely gathering around this temple. A little food market at dusk and a lightshow/dance/play explaining the origin of the city (we think, we don’t actually understand thai). Go there!

Wat Sa Si is probably the second most impressive in the park almost completely surrounded by a small lake making it an excellent photo spot.

Lovely place to visit with a bridge going over the water at the lake to visit the temple. Quite unusual.
Wat Sa Si is another interesting part of the Historical Pak, whose circular stupa reflects Sri Lankan influence.
