  1. You will see golden mangrove under blue sky then walk along wooden path intro mangrove forest to the beach

  2. If you like walking and strolling in nature, this is a place to go. Fresh air from the sea, no cars, no noise. interesting vegetation and a lot of small crabs to see.

  3. Green meadow if you go there in morning to afternoon..and we heard Golden Meadow in late afternoon and early evening…only con is the distance there. parking is around a few hundred metres away, tuk tuk to take to entrance. option of speedboat to see the lake, or just walk on the wooden structure.very beautiful, peaceful…around 2.2km wooden stretch one way. Mangrove on either side after the meadow beauty. A lot of signs informing of the plant and trees…

  4. Thos green spot of mangroove forest is a must to visit when you are at Rayong. You can park your car at parking lot managed by local people (20THB/car) or at HTMS Prasae Memorial – both places can be reached to each other through a wooden walk bridge. This 3 km bridge will take you to Prong Thong forest and other mangroove forests as well as many photo stops. If you visit tge place after 10am or at noon time, you are recommended to bring sunglasses, cap, umbrella and drinking water with you. Please also keep this place clean from any trashes.

  5. Fascinating to walk through mature and young mangrove forests and to see the strange, arching roots of the big trees holding them steady in the swampy ground. The boardwalk is well maintained and there are several wide observation areas where you can rest and take photos. We couldn’t complete the circular walk because of an unusually high tide and storm surge from tropical storm Pabuk in the far west of the Gulf, but the whole walk would have been good to do – passing the Frigate Prasae on the way.

  6. This place good for recreation walk or some rest from your work! This place may more people on the long weekends, walk way you can walk around the bay some mangrove were fine and nice with the wind and clean air! You may take 1-2 hours for exploring this forest! Not recommended for late evening you must come out before the sun set!

  7. Tung Prong Thong or The Golden Meadows is a nice natural place to visit and we went there about 5pm and it was amazing. The sunset was low and it brings out the golden hue of the mangrove forest.Boardwalk is nicely maintained and there is a boat ride out to the sea and they will drop you off at one of the viewing point.Worth a good 30 min or an hour time to spend exploring this area. Few lovely spots for photographs too.

  8. Thsi is one of the most beautiful walkways and longest ever in my travels. Goes on and on with camouflaged trees all over.

  9. A nice relaxing afternoon trip lasts about one half hours. Boat trip through mangroves past oyster farms to sea. Walk then on boardwalk through mangroves and visit temple to have Fortune told. Great fun. Very cheap fun afternoon
