  1. Stayed for two days. Not much going on. Quite a bit of glass at the beach, though it was quite nice. They were trying to rebuild some of it while there, so a tractor was dribling up and down the beach all day while we were there. The food was really boring in the restaurant, and you couldn’t break a smile off the face of the employees there. The ones in the reception we very service mindes though, and did a really good job.Bungalows are a little worn down (not much though), but pricewise the resort was also half price of what we paid at Kradan and Libong, though those were also better quality.Only internet in restaurant and lobby.

  2. Too expensive for what it is !!!!!And , 1 night there , my shoes stolen in front of breakfast … nice tourist 😒Better places and cheaper and beaches without protection lines in the water

  3. This is definitely a place to visit and return too – don’t miss it! Relaxing atmosphere, friendly people, breathtaking beach and good restaurant and bar.

  4. Beautiful and relaxing Beach with good atmosphere. Great cocktail bar for The evening. The Beach offert a lot of different activity like kayaking, snorkling, boat trip and fishing. White sandy Beach great for kids and beautiful view over koh kradan and koh N gai.

  5. Sivalai Beach was my favourite beach to spend my time at while being on Koh Mook. First of all, there is more space available to lay down compared to Charlie’s Beach. Sivalai is narrow, but long and there are plenty of trees offering shade. Second, there’s more activity on Sivalai than on Charlie’s in terms of the presence of local people and getting in touch with them, longtailboats passing by and so on. Instead of only being a tourist (on Charlie’s), you at least have the chance to get a notion of what it must be like to live on Mook (Sivalai). Third, you have a choice of various different restaurants and bars close to the beach, when you are at Sivalai. You can have a walk through the village or on the beach, and you will finde some nice places to get something to eat or drink. So if you want to get more in touch with the local culture or at least get a feeling for it, Sivalai and its surroundings offer you a good opportunity to do so.

  6. Super beautiful sunsets, great places to eat, massages, etc. but the beach itself is nice but for swimming and snorkeling go to Ko Kradan. Overall I loved being here and prefer it over really populated tourists beaches in Thailand!

  7. Maybe the best spot on the island”and they make you pay for it”We hoped for a vegan meal and although they have a vegan/vegetarian menu that’s is just on paper. So we opt for a vegetarian pizza and arrived a frozen base pizza topped with sugary tomato sauce “a kind of cheap ketchup”And for last they need to replace my papaia juice because was just coloured water. All of that with European price plus 10% for the service and 7% tax.My recommendation go there enjoy the beach and the sea and is the umbrella and chairs from the place no one will bother you unless you go to look for a waiter.

  8. Shocked how dirty the far e d of this beach was near the pier. Further down near the resort it was cleaner but the water was murky and the beach windy

  9. Thai beaches have all been a bit dirty from my viewpoint, plenty of plastic and trash, but if you can overlook that, Sivalai Beach is pretty nice. I was amazed at how light and fluffy the sand was, you sink in several cms with each step. Walking around the point from the pier or from the City Center is nice at sunrise, quite a few boats. I was amazed at the sand dollars and starfish on the south side (at lowtide) this area is called mermaid beach. The resorts are pricy, but walking the beach is free!

  10. Sivalai is an amazing place and resort. I can absolutely recommend this place. The food, the room and the friendly staff make it a good experience. The beach and water are very nice. Their thai cooking class was very god and fun. The massage is also very relaxing and has a good price. We lived in first row, which is absolutely a must when you live in Sivalai. The diving/snorkling trip to Kho Rok was also great and is highly recommended.
