I had a great experience meeting elephants with the company Elephant Care Sami. The staff was really engaged and funny and the service was incredible. We got to feed and wash the elephants, and you could see that the staff really cared for the animals. Had a lot of fun with this one, worth every penny! The view by the place was also amazing. Only good things to say about this company 🙂
Amazing trip. We only went to feed but soon regretted not paying the extra to wash the elephants 😥. Panpan our Hostess was excellent, cheerful with a great sense of humour. All six of us thought this was the experience of a lifetime!
It’s an amazing place, with a. Beautiful view, the elephants are incredible, and all the staff are the best, they answered all the questions we’ve made. Thanks for everything.
Perfect guidance, eco friendly environment, unbelievable pleasant staff, amazing see point view. Very glad to choose this elephant sanctuary. Full recommendation from our Slovak crew of 6 people. Lydia and Tomas
Pangpang at Elephant Care is amazing and very attentive. The elephants are well looked after and cared for, you won’t find any riding, hooks or circus acts, just love and happiness from both the staff and the elephants in return. The groups are small and intimate. Pangpang and the staff make sure you have the best time with the beautiful creatures and are always safe and happy.
5 star service, very nice crew and amazing elephants. We recommed this visit to all people, whitch preffered Eco correct park
Absolutely loved our time with Pang and the baby elephant (don’t let that fool you for the size of the elephant thought) Even though the elephant was just a baby, it still was more than 2 feet taller than everyone there. Also loved making Pad Thai and eating with the amazing view of the Heart-Shaped beach. Pang is amazing at making everyone laugh and feel comfortable and having a good time. I’ve never been so close to an elephant before and it was a great life experience to obtain.
What an amazing place! The elephants are helped with absolute care. The people who life with them in the sanctuary really have a connection with them! In the wild they probably would be killed by poachers and here they people have build their home around the elephants! 🐘 it is great to see that they didn’t take them out of their own environment but build a home around them to life with them!
Our family of four (two adults, two children) had an amazing experience at the Samui Elephant Sanctuary and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui. Our hotel pickup was on time, and when we arrived at the sanctuary, we were offered a welcome drink of either guava juice or bottled water. We then walked through our agenda, which consisted of:1. Preparing food for the elephants2. Feeding elephants3. Observing and interacting with the elephants in their habitat4. Tea break5. Watching the elephants take a mud bath6. Washing/bathing with the elephants7. Light dinner (which was excellent)8. CarriagesEverything about the experience was well-run and incredibly memorable. Our guide (Pat) was excellent and spoke English well, which added to our experience. There were seven elephants which have been rescued and are now in the sanctuary – one four-year-old male (Lucky) and seven other females – two of which have become maternal figures for Lucky – it was great to witness this. It’s slightly on the expensive side; however, totally worth it. It’s a not-for-profit organization, and all the money goes back into caring for the elephants.
Our visit was absolutely amazing we loved everything about it .from feeding the elephants to washing them and getting squirted with water
