Nice place to visit for show lovers. There are not only shops but also many restaurant alternatives from local cuisine to international. Prices are reasonable.
The place is beautiful, clean, and well-organized. I would definitely visit again when I return to Bangkok. My only wish is that there are more food options next time!
A beautiful open landmark which has everything including a mall, many markets and restaurants. We got the opportunity to go for a boat cruise with a wonderful buffet
This is a large indoor shopping area where each vendor has a stall. Most of the vendors only take cash, but this was also the best place that we found to exchange US dollars for Thai Baht. The exchange rate was only one cent off per dollar than what was posted on my exchange app. You will find anything here. It can be overwhelming, and if you see something and think that you will come back for it, you probably will not find the stall again. The popular item when we were here was Elephant pants. These are baggy pants made of a thin material with elephant print on them. We found prices for these pants ranging from $3 to $15. Did not see any difference in quality that would justify the price difference. We bought these as gifts for everyone as a joke. Our family members actually are wearing them.
Definitely the most touristic place to visit if you are in BangkokFull of local markets and topic Thai restaurants and street foodIt’s shame the river is extremely dirty and there are no much activities
Must see for everyone visiting Thailand. It has a wide variety of curio shops and a foodcourt with beautiful local dishes. We also saw the Siam fantasy show and loved it!
I expected more from this location. It’s really just a little outdoor mini-mall with all the same stuff in the shops that you find anywhere else in Bangkok. The restaurants are expensive by Bangkok standards and while it does have a couple of rides they are not enough to make this a place I’d return to. Be aware that there is a FREE boat from the Sathorn Pier to this location and back. You will have many people trying to sell you a ticket for the tourist boat which also goes here. Be sure you get to the correct line for the free boat and avoid any extra cost.
An absolutely awful concocted tourist trap where everything is seriously overpriced. If that’s your thing then you’ll love it..
Beware
