Pakarang Cape (Lem Hua Krung Yai) is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 82190, Thailand
Pakarang Cape is a very nice Place – silent and calm. You have a good View over the whole Beach You can look over Coconut Beach
The scenery is amazing, loved it here. Just absolutely breathtaking, loved it so much, Thailand is the best destination ever in the world.
Very lovely sunset, and very romantic for couples. It’s best to come here during the afternoon where the sun is not too hot. This cape consists of many corals and seashells, please come here with footwear. you have to come witness it for your self, to know how amazing the sunset here is. Lovely time spent here in the afternoon.
This is a cape mostly for picnic or sunset, it is not safe to swim at the cape because there is many corals. The sunset was beautiful, you can walk out to the furthest point of the cape and enjoy a nice quiet time with your family. Bring food and drinks with you; because this is no restaurant at the cape.
Went here to do some bird watching, arrived at high tide and saw nothing but as the tide went out in came the birds, once the tide was out you realised what a vast area it was and far to big to cover in a day. Saw many birds and left feeling very pleased with our birding trip.
There is something about this place that keeps drawing me back year after year, we visit this place every year and now the dead coral has now formed a large island The shape has changed dramatically over the last year it is more flat and has extended the shape of the island You can spend 1 hour here or 3 or 4 and not see a soul, better bring drinks with you as the nearby bar is not always open , it is an excellent place to bied watch or watch the the sunset go down My favourite place in khao Lak ?
Great place for a trip out, super easy to get to if you have a scooter. Sunset is great here. There is no beach, so you wouldn’t stay long, but you can come and see the fishing boats. There is a restaurant/bar here, so you can grab a drink.
Not for everyone, coconut beach next door being the main attraction. Being keen birdwatchers this site is one of Thailand’s best coastal birding sites. We had a couple of hours here from low tide to the tide coming in, the number of birds were in there hundreds, just a great spectacle. Did we achieve our goal yes, at least 10-15 species, once I check them all out.
It was quite place but good to have spend few hours not so far from Kha lak just 10/15 minutes away from Khao aka
We came here a couple of years ago and not much has changed, but the bar/restaurant has gone. That was a good place to stop for a beer. There isn’t much here, but you can see a lot of fishing boats and the crab/lobster baskets.
