Aod and King were wonderful. It was really nice to get out of the chaos of the city and be with nature for a while. Our guides were both very attentive and it was a super fun day. The food tastes were great too.
Absolutely enjoyed the afternoon. The host was Aod and his wife, King and they did a fantastic job. The afternoon started by meeting Aod at the pick up point. We were early, but the locals were friendly and helpful. We had a cool drink in Amazon cafe while we waited. Aod showed up, and straight away he was very friendly. We hopped on a long tail boat and headed to the island.There we road, walked, talked, drank, ate, fed fish, rested, went to a little local museum, went to a market and street side foo stall – all included in the cost.It was a perfect mix of activity. There was no ne point where I was riding down a peaceful little road, when a huge building in Bangkok popped up on the horizon, and I was like: oh, yeah, Bangkok.The place was beautiful, peaceful and so were the hosts. Oh, and our fellow riders were great as well.Definitely recommend this tour!
Aod and his wife were fantastic guides. They showed us around the mangroves and the local guides. They picked local fruit for us to taste and explained the history of the island. Includes a great lunch and mango sticky rice. If going to the afternoon tour, be aware that it can be very hot. Would recommend!
Everything was carefully planned and curated to ensure comfort and care. Enjoyed the firefly experience the most. Not only did we find many firefly clusters, we also had first hand experience having these beautiful creatures on our hands – this is a first for me. To top up we spotted huge lizards and a python swimming in water. What a beautiful experience. Thank you Bamboo Tours for this unforgettable evening.

What a unique experience. We both had such a good day. So well organised. You really don’t feel like you are in Bangkok, it’s lovely to be surrounded by nature and fresh air. Lunch and snacks were good and tasty. We aren’t regular cyclists but the bikes are comfortable and we felt well looked after. Great day all round.
Fantastic bike experience in the green zone of Bangkok- learned about jungle life, rode through national park in residential community, sampled Thai food, & visited cultural museum. The experience extended my understanding & appreciation of Thailand and its people.
