This spa was very relaxing and very professional techniques were used during the massage. Parn, Duean, Kate, Orn are the therapists there and they did a wonderful job providing a relaxing experience. I highly recommend any of these staff for the massages.

Fantastic service! From the moment I walked in, Ms. Parn greeted me warmly and got me started right away. I chose the Offshore package, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience—soothing yoga led by Ms. Koy (yoga instructor), an incredibly relaxing massage by Ms. Koy (massage & facial therapist), and a refreshing mini facial. Overall, it was an exceptional experience that I highly recommend!

Today, I visited the spa at the Pattaya branch and met with Khun Pan, Khun May, and Khun Tara. They provided me with warm greetings and service with a smile. Their care and attentiveness left a lasting impression. Beyond the standard course of service, Khun Tara went the extra mile to inquire about and thoroughly address my physical recovery. I hope to have the pleasure of meeting them again the next time I visit.
It was such an amazing experience! I’m a fan of Panpuri and have had many opportunities to be a customer in Bangkok. This is my first time here, and I’ve loved every minute of it! The staff are professional and well-mannered. K. Pan and K. May gave me a very warm welcome, and I was massaged by K. Audi. As a guest of the Hyatt Andaz Resort, my experience at the Panpuri Spa lived up to its #1 Rating. I chose the body scrub and oil therapy massage and came out feeling well taken care of. Khun Apple was my therapist and her pace and thoroughness of the treatments were gauged to my requests. Many little touches of the ambiance and smooth communication elevated the experience. I highly recommend.

Had a wonderful couples 90 minute massage. The ladies were so thorough and kept checking in the pressure was ok. Loved the oils used, we had a choice and the smell was heavenly. Wonderful technique, our therapists were obviously very well trained, thank you Elly and Koy.

We had a fantastic 90 mins couple massage at this spa and highly recommend it. First, I would like to caveat this review by saying that this is a luxury experience and that there are many massage parlour in Thailand so if you are after a cheaper option, this might not be for you. That being said, we fancied a luxury treat and that did not disappoint! The staff were so welcoming and flexible (we got lost to find the spa, which is in fact in the Andaz Hotel itself, and arrived 30 mins late, but this was no problem at all and we were not rushed in any way when we arrived). We were welcomed by May with a lovely coconut and sweet pea refreshing drink, she introduced us to a choice of oils and then we were escorted to a fabulous little house to get our massage. There I was able to take a quick shower to remove my suncream before jumping into a silky robe and fluffy sleepers. We had the most magical and relaxing experience with talented masseuses Ellie & Orn. After the massage, we were offered oolong tea with fresh fruits and May even helped us book a cab to return to our hotel and escorted us to reception to ensure we would have no problem finding it. Top customer service and fantastic massage ! We will come back.
