  1. This review reflects our experience and may not reflect that of other travellers. We booked this company as it seemed to offer all we needed to give us an experience of the city and a chance to select where we’d like to explore further having heard a description of the place. The staff are friendly enough and informative and the buses are in good condition with air conditioning and an external seating area. They are not the cheapest option. We boarded a bus for one stop to connect with the heritage route. There was a 30 minute wait until we departed. Strangely despite having earphones provided there was no commentary provided at all!! This was very confusing for us as the bus made its slow journey across the city in very busy traffic passing by all the places of interest without a single mention of history, what is was etc etc. Indeed all we could listen to was a repeating compilation of Thai traditional music which became increasingly annoying. We were the only passengers on a double decker bus from start to finish and wondered if this was why! When we completed the circuit and arrived back at our starting point (we had decided not to get off at any stop) we were met by a member of staff who we informed of our disappointment in the lack of commentary. She appeared confused and simply said sorry and walked away to talk to the driver! All in all a total waste of money and time. In a city with several hop on – hop off options they need to ensure that this type of thing can’t happen. Not recommended.

  2. We went with I Asia Thailand to Bangkok and also Phuket. We booked their airport transfers which were all excellent, clean and modern. Especially in Phuket as we had wifi in the car. We also booked the Phuket Island Tour with their guide Lee who was very funny and showed us so many landmarks. We have used them over Asia and I must say an excellent company to book your tours with!

  3. My first experience…and it will not be my last!oneTotally reliable….punctual and always on time…comfortable cars and courteous drivers who sense if one is not in the mood for talking….but above all: RELIABLE !

  4. We booked the return airport transfers in Phuket and also in Bangkok. These were excellent. The guide was where she was supposed to be and she gave us some great info. Cars were all new and great and cold air conditioning. Well recommended. Great choice of tours that we also took

  5. We booked the electric transfer for our return to Bangkok Airport which was top class. The car was brand new with water and wifi inside the vehicle waiting. Driver was well groomed and helped us with our luggage and even dropped us at the correct entrance to Japan Airlines.

  6. We prebook & paid for a 3 day pass which also gave us a 24 hour pass on the River Boats on the Chao Praya River , plus a Guided Tour of the Grand Palace . They have 4 Bus routes , The Heritage Route , The Shopping Route , The CBD Route and the Entertainment Route . The River boats service 12 different Piers along the River and runs every Half an Hour. The Buses run approx every 2 Hours on each Route . They all start from Central World Shopping Centre or MBK . It was very Quiet in Bangkok at the moment and over the 3 Days we were the only Passengers on the Buses . The Service is very good and the Commentary very Interesting . The Buses are Airconditioned although they do have an open air section at the Back of the Top Deck for those who like to be in the open . It is a great way to see the sights of Bangkok .
