Have tried many gyms in Phuket but this is by far the best. Has more equipment than others and new. Not rusting like others. Open areas as well as many free weights, machines and sauna.Receptionist, Jane, is brilliant. Helpful and always happy.Good coffee area and chill place as well as clean showers and changing atea

Awesome club for weight and also triathlon training. I was at all the places playitas, la santa, etc. but this ones is really good7 treadmills always one free incl. several stairmasters, and several more .rowing machines, massive free weight section with severals rings etc.Massive indoor cycling section.really super friendly staff, Julie and all the other friendly faces.It is near the beach!! unlike some of the fancy places inland its next to beach, next to the boat avenue and all the amenities opposite the public swimming pool which is a massive advantage! Another great thing is u actually have a nice view onto the scenery when on treadmill!u also get a really friendly crowd of hard training people there but can also go to the spa after.
