Laguna Tours is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 390/1 Moo 1, Srisoontorn, Cherngtalay, Thalang, 83000, Thailand
well we had an amazing tour with them > we went for a full day Phang Nga Bay 4 in1 tour with them > we booked it in our hotel and later we were offered some cheaper price but at the end of the day i think we took the right decision and they were worth it and also we got some discounts from them also > they picked us up from the hotel and it took us 40 minutes to reach there then there was a speed boat waiting for us and in total we were only 11 persons on the boat so they do not overcrowd the boat also> the welcome staff was super they really treated us well and explained us about everything about the spots we visited > the James bond island , the sea kayaking the best part of the tour was just amazing then we had food in a floating village but was really poor cannot help it and then we stopped at one beach for about two hours where we had the speed scooter rides and other activities plus some lovely drinks only concern nothing much to eat at this beach but anyhow all was good > the boat had for us cold drinks and water they even offered us some cookies and fruits > we all had fun and then in the end of the tour we were dropped back to our hotel
We decided initially to do the 4 Island boat tour to Phang Nga bay which included general sightseeing of the islands, James Bond Island, sea kayaking, sea gypsy village, excellent restaurant lunch, caves walk and lagoon, and an island beach bar and swim. Gree was our guide and was just excellent! The day was faultless and memorable. On another day we did the Phi Phi islands tour which included Monkey Bay, snorkeling, Maya Bay, Bamboo Island, general sightseeing and a sandwich lunch. This is a totally different experience to Phang Nga bay and also excellent. Alex was our tour guide and was excellent. The day was varied and most enjoyable. A lot of time was spent in the water enjoying the surroundings, do watch for sunburn!Excellent uncrowded fast boats, knowledgeable tour guides and fantastic destinations.
We booked the tour through the tour desk at dusit Thani laguna Phuket, the tour guide was more than helpful, yah was very professional and informative, the driver Ei, was really great, pick up time was accurate, car was very clean and both the tour guide and driver was really polite and awesome
The trip was very organized. I was solo traveling but people in the trip were very nice and friendly. The guide was professional “Lek” He has been working for 22 years so he knows every spots. At the day was only 16 people on the boat so it was very comfortable. They provided the soft drink and fruit on the boat as well as the waterproof bag. We went to see Sea Cave, James Bond Island ( very touristy ), Sea Gypsy Village for lunch, there are about 8 dishes for sharing. At the village, the guide took us to see the floating footballs field after that we were heading to the lagoon for the kayak. There were staffs do kayaking for us. The scenery was very beautiful and you can relax through the trip (give them trip if you want). The end of the day, we were relaxing at the NaKa Island for swimming and drinking (bring small money for your beer and cocktail to the beach bar) 🙂
Phi Phi Island day tour purchased through Laguna Tours offered by Angsana Laguna Phuket. We paid 3900THB per head (5 Adults and 1 Child), we were told unlimited soft drinks and fresh fruits on board with a qualitative lunch. I have done Phi Phi Island trip 3 years ago through some tour company offered by Movenpick Hotel Karon Beach &Spa and it was the best experience ever because of the entire experience, the tours guides super informative, interactive, funny, unlimited drinks, fresh fruits like dragon fruit, mangoes, Thai apples, pineapple, papaya, banana, watermelon, etc. The lunch was a buffet at the island.This time when we opted for Phi Phi Island excursion, I wanted the best for my family as 2 more members joined in for the first time in Phuket. I had options through Destinations Asia, Dnata Travel and a few options that I checked in Patong Jungceylon Mall as well with prices ranging from 1900THB to 2400THB but Laguna Tours promised me a memorable experience, set menu qualitative lunch, thus, I went ahead with Laguna Tours.The tour guide was okay, but he kept a track that you don’t grab more than 2 drinks in the entire trip of 6-7 hours, cookies and Bananas were offered in the beginning and pineapple before the end of the trip. Set menus came in a tiffin box (photos shared) with 4 spoons/bites of fried rice or noodles which was supposed to be lunch, 1 lays chips, 2 mini muffins, 2 slices of cucumber and 1 lettuce sheet. We clearly requested for French fries for the kid and that was never provided either.Even with the snorkeling part, we were taken to Phi Phi Ley’s side area not the cave outlook area which we did in the past.Our expectations were already high because of the sky promised to us but they didn’teven meet the basic requirement.I strongly don’t recommend Laguna Tours to everyone, please do explore your options, they are not at all good. They sell words but the reality is literally doesn’t match the words.
Alex and the crew were absolutely the best. This tour is well worth it. Nice 18 passenger high speed boat. This is small compared to other cheaper ones which pack 50 people on a boat. Dont being to much no need, just hats glasses sunscreen and a towel. I think there competition wrote a fake review about food and drinks. You can have water soda and juices all provided. See my photos of the lunch our table could not eat half. My wife and I had a blast on this day. Great memories. Please til the locals for rowing your kayak and Alex and crew. Nice people.
We did the Phang Nga Bay 4 in 1 full day tour – Speedboat. Sea kayaking. James Bond Island and lunch at Sea Gypsy Village.We had a great day. The team looked after us with drinks and fruit on board the speedboat.Sea kayaking is really worth doing. Best thing is that someone else does the paddling which makes it sooooo much more relaxing.Lunch at the Sea Gypsy Village was tasty. Lots of food.Our last stop was and island for about 1.50 hours, for swimming etc… which would have been a nice way to end the day but as soon as we got off the speedboat local traders tried to sell food/drinks etc…which was very annoying as we just stepped onto the island. All in all a great day out.

Booked an ATV and Boat trip through this agency that was at our hotel. My husband and I had such a wonderful time on both adventures! Everything was very well organized and on time according to plan. Love that pick up and drop offs are included. Just be sure to keep the vouchers and bring them with you the day of your trip!
