DO NOT USE PHIPHI CRUISER!So we just finished getting off the phone with PhiPhi Cruiser, who we used to get from Phuket (Rassada Pier) to Koh Lanta. We had to REPURCHASE transfer tickets at the halfway point (PhiPhi Island) because we didn’t seem to have the right ticket for the second boat. Their rational is that we lost our tickets and that someone else will find out tickets and be able to use them, costing them money.Sure! I suppose this could happen, and the worst thing for them is they get two lucky freeloaders on a single route they do 4 times everyday.But for us, we get the awful experience of waiting and waiting in the sun, only to be told to pay again or the boat leaves without us! So what choice to we have.After spending a considerable time with PhiPhi Cruisers on the phone, it is clear that they care much more about penny pinching then they do about making a situation right. How can we possibly use their service again? There are many other options, so on our return trip we will use someone else, and also encourage other travelers to do the same.DO NOT USE PHIPHI CRUISER!If all goes well, then it’s a fine ride. But if anything goes wrong, you are on your own.I will remove this review if PhiPhi Cruisers reaches out and makes it right.For now, I will continue posting this review everywhere. It’s all a cheated customer can do.
We took the service phi phi -Phuket today, and the staff on board were so lovely with us, took care of the kids , gave themBaloons, and made sure that we got seats together. They were free water and watermelon. Thank you we appreciate.
We took the VIP seats, by negociating a very good price. The guy that was in charge of us was really great, he took care of everything. I ordered in advance vegetarian meniu and at lunch i was given 3 plates only for myself, i was really impressed, and ofcourse delicious food!! We took the VIP seats only after reading the reviews from here and i think it totally worth it! The VIP room has AC and TV with movies playing and the seats are very cool! You can adjust them so you can take a nap while crusing. After snorkeling/ beaching, we were expected on the boat with free coconut and also during the trip we had croassants and coffee/hot chocolate, juice, water etc. Great trip!

We take one day trip to Phi Phi Island on March 2,2022. It was excellent and well organised tour. Guide very helpful and knowledgeable. I search a lot of company who organised one day trip and then end up with Phi Phi cruiser and I am very satisfied every thing. Guide Chon and Kim very helpful and nice.
Worst experience with sea angle 🤮Don’t go by cruise rather select your by boat if you want to feel the place.Described in photo this is how they shown Maya bay from cruise. Total waste of money and time.
The company we took to come back from Koh Phi Phi Island and I have to say we were on the boat with very friendly staff. Their formula when you arrive to Phuket to bring you to the beaches, the town or the aiport are very convenient and quite cheap.In addition of all that, my friend forgot his phone in our first taxi to the town and when we ask the company for help, the staff was very helpful. They managed to find us a driver to bring us to the airport and arrange the meeting between the our current driver and the previous one to get back the phone.
Definitely prefer the Andaman Wave Master. In the Phi Phi Cruiser they expected you to carry your luggage down one deck and keep it there yourself vs Andaman Wave Master where the staff manager the luggage well.The seats were cramped compared to the Andaman Wave Master..
Too many vendors selling trips so I looked at You tube who recommended 12go to book a trip to Phi Phi which included hotel pick up.Really well organised, 3 floors, top you can sun bathe, the bottom is really cool. Drinks and food on board. We paid 2040 baht return and got to pick where we wanted to eat when we got there. It goes past Maya island but not that close to stop and take photos but we didn’t mind that, we were happy with the boat trip. I would recommend.
