Booked the open return speed boat through subsidiary agent Tom & Am in Kura Buri. Having heard Ko Surin was tricky to get to and book accommodation due to National Park status I turned up in Kura Buri on a local bus not knowing what to expect. Tom (from Tom & Am) met me off the bus and sorted everything in 10 minutes allowing plenty of time for a few beers.Sabina provided the speedboat ride to Ko Surin – it was awesome. 3 250HP engines race you across 60km of Andaman sea in just 60 minutes. The staff were super friendly but who wouldn’t be in an awesome job like this. Highly recommend this super tour to paradise.
We didn’t book a tour, just an open boat ticket and he was kind enough to advise NOT to book a tour but DYI. Best decision and great service from start to end!
We found the tour operator that gave us the option of visiting surin islands without having to go through all the tours. They were very helpful and friendly. Tom welcomed us at their offices with a huge smile and great sense of humor. They offered us coffee and a thai desert. We booked an open return ticket and ended up signing up to 2 of their snorkeling dives and got to see several fish, sea turtles, baby sharks, eels… highly recommended tour operator
basically very good but sometimes it is not. The tour in Surin island is often NOT punctual. My case was that first time was 45 minutes delay. So we could visit only nearby snorkel spots. second time, I waited for more than one hour and finally cancelled. This is terrible without any compensation. I wasted time and opportunity for snorkeling. national park also do snorkeling tour. This was excellent. Sabina tour is a scam. They gave me one price and then asked me to secure a deposit, once deposited, they increased the price upon arrival. The agents were unclear about the terms and costs and kept adding ridiculous costs to the trip. They charged me extra every time the boat had to start the motor. I paid for a full day trip from 10am to 4pm. Upon arrival, they said full day trip means boat transfer to the island ONLY. Cannot stop for a quick dip even though its within the timeframe and route for what we paid for. The boat guy suggested snorkelling spots before reaching the island and after leaving the island, only to charge us for every stop once we got back to the pier. We were not told that there would be any extra charge for any of these stops. We had to pay extra for every mask, fin provided on board. One piece for 100baht. (Even the mask counts as one and the tube counts as another). On top of that, agents are rude. We ended up having to pay more than what we originally signed up for. I would advise to never book Sabina tour if you dont want to get scammed.
We booked this one da y tour as suggestion of a friend of the owner for 3000 Bath.When we arrived we asked if was possible to spend the night in the tent and come back the next day (the tent cost is 300) but they asked for 2800 each with no tours or nothing. The staff at the office is not kind and has no good English, the tour was good thanks to the guide and driver but the service to book terribile,we left late and the day was very brief. There are many cheaper tours and well organized with nice staff
We used service of Sabina tour for 3 days 2 nights package to Surin island. The package is included everything (i.e. pickup/drop off at bus station, speed boat to/from Surin islands, tent commodation, breakfast/lunch/dinner for everyday, everyday snorkeling trip). The staffs were good and nice service mind.
Unprofessional jerks! The worst travel company. Always late. Throw luggage. When returning from Surin island they made 40 of us wait for 2 hours so they could take 6 people out snorkeling. The boat was racing through the coral filled ocean before they handed out the life jackets. The boat was dangerously overloaded. Complete idiots.
We had a great time with you in our 3D2N stay in the Surin paradise!We camped in the front row to the beach, the meals and transports were always well organized and on time, and the facilities were clean.Our guide Nong Fy, was very kind, attentive and always available, assuring we got the best of our time, saving no efforts 🙂 Our boat man was also very nice!Since our arrival at Khuraburi to board this adventure, until the moment we left everything went very well. We definitely recommend Sabina Tours
I can highly recommend Sabina Tour. I have booked a few nights in Ko Surin and the whole experience has been fabulous. The booking process was nice and easy, pick up from hotel on time, very comfortable mini van journey, and the guys really look after you through the whole trip like a family would. The island itself as well as the coral reef are just stunning.Just before the trip I had strained my ankle and could barely walk. The staff has helped me with the luggage and the transfers in such a caring way that I can’t thank them enough. A big thank you to Sabina Tour team ❤️
