Awesome service from these guys. Not only do they deliver they give option of a cash deposit instead of passport, a lot safer knowing all the horror stories. He even advised us to take photos before to prove that he wouldn’t try con us into damage. What sealed the deal for us was the fact we were on the ferry leaving the island early in the morning and couldn’t organise returning the scooter. He let us leave the scooter at the accomodation we were last at and he returned the cash via PayPal not long after. Considering it was a lucky find on facebook very happy that they now have trip advisor to open their customer base up. Looking forward to coming back to Koh phangan and using this service again! 🙂

We were very lucky to find Easy bikes on Facebook, after hearing horror stories about bike rental shops that keep require your passport then charge you for any minor scratches. Petros the owner delivered the bike to us himself, showed me how to use it, and took 5,000 baht as a deposit instead of a passport. He was extremely friendly throughout the whole process, and explained everything very clearly. We had to return the bike one day earlier than planned, and again Petros was understanding and came to pick up the bike from the opposite side of the island. I had caused a minor scratch on the bike, and showed him, but he still refused to charge me for it because it was minor. His professionalism and nice attitude, as well as his service mean that easy bikes should be your go to service if you need a bike in Phangan. Don’t go anywhere else!
Sometimes you stumble across something which elevates itself above all expectation. As far as bike hire goes, this is it. Thé level of communication, quality of product and service are beyond exceptional. The bike was dropped off, i handed over a 5000baht deposit, got a guided tour of the bike and felt fully supported.On handback, there was no questions about deposit return, and it’s clear that Petros is fully committed to providing the best service possible.Don’t go anywhere else on koh panghan if you want to hire some transport.Thanks bud…
This is the place to be if you want to rent a scooter without getting scammed on Koh Pangang! Owner is very friendly and chil. No need to hand in your passport as a deposit. Scooters are of good quality and if you break something you will just need to pay for the costs of fixing or replacement.
I read a lot of horror stories about bike rentals in phangan and even contemplated not renting one (which makes the island much less appealing). Petros runs a good clean business, takes cash rather than passport as deposit (seriously, never leave your passport as deposit)The bikes are good and if there’s a problem (I had a flat tire after a week ), he’ll arrange to meet and solve it. He even drove us to the pier after we returned the bikes. Very much recommended. Try to message in advance though, as he can get pretty busy with deliveries during the day.
After hearing about all the bike scams on the island we were referred to Easy Bikes. The owner Pedros is is amazing, very honest and will deliver the bike to your hotel. The bikes are in great condition and you won’t get scammed with this company. This should definitely be your number one choice.
Tripadvisor and google both have different addresses. Due to the good reviews, I paid 300 baht for a taxi from the other side of the island and went to both locations but no easy bikes.Both also have different phone numbers which don’t connect.I’m so annoyed! Am now practically stranded on the wrong side of the island.AVOID!
I rented a motor scooter here. A very good and reliable rental company, and very friendly people. Don’t just rent a scooter everywhere, but do so especially with Easybikes. They bring the motor scooter to you and pick it up again. No need to leave your pasport (most rental company try to scam you this way). You can make a deposit of 5000 bath and you can have insurance. Super service en the best rental company in Koh Phangan.
