If you are looking to spend your holiday in Andaman Ocean ( Richelieu Rock, Tachai , Similan , Surin ) with full board of food&beverage (alcohol is excluded). They have 5 meals a day with buffet style. The hi – light of MV. Peterpan is the snack!, they also have milk bubble tea, strawberry cheese cake , homemade ice-cream and BBQ poke with Thai style. However, all the crew is willing to help all the customers while you are on the boat. Special one, the crew always knee down the put your fins into your boots! When I back to my home am almost forget how to walk by myself:)Be note : This Boat are not suitable for whose are on diet. This boat will try hard to gain you weight by keeping you stuffed a the time on board with nice food.Benote2 : all the food&beverage is limited! all you can eat, (Yes I know it is not easy to keep your weight the same as before.
Took a 6 day tour with MV Peterpan and it was an experience I’d recommend to anyone! Richelieu Rock and the Similans are some of the best dive sites in the world, the crew is friendly and professional, and the Thai cooking is absolutely delicious! Definitely one of the best bargains for a world class diving safari that you’ll find anywhere ????

It’s my first live-aboard trip at Phuket with MV Peterpan. The trip was so impressive and memorable. I really like it when the manager provided a safety brief to all guests before the ride. Safety is the most important key just in case of emergency people will know how to handle. The overall boat was so clean and tidy, staff cleaned restroom and common area four times a day with alcohol sanitizer so, I could guarantee its top level of hygiene. There are plenty of foods and beverages to enjoy there but what I always look forward to seeing were meals that chef: P’Mon, cooked for us. My favorite dish was Thai noodle and spice soup with crab meat. Apart from foods, they offered tasty desserts too e.g. Basque cheesecake and bubble milk tea ( I really recommended above menu, they’re scrumptious.) I can’t forget mention about staff. To be honest, i never seen any boat that have staff as much as this. All of them were nice, helpful, and had a service mind. With the amount of staff, they’re able to assist all divers started from descent until ascent. ( I felt like I don’t have to suit up myself, they took care of everything and they also helped clean up those diving gears. )Sincerely, this trip was totally remarkable. For those who planning to dive in Thailand, I could say that MV Peterpan won’t disappoint you at all!!
Best live-aboard ever! Great performance Boat crews and Professional diving guides, High quality (5 star) Foods and snacks!! Really happy time on every meal ?I have several experience of live-a board, definitely this is the best and highly recommend for all divers who want to discover Andaman sea or similan island. Great value ?
Very unsafe trip. Terrible dive leader. Rude owner. Dive leader didn’t know what he was doing. Careless and unprofessional.
I’ve just done the 6D5N trip to North Andaman on the MV peterpan. The sea conditions were not great (lots of jellyfish, strong currents, murky waters) but that’s out of our control. We got to see oceanic manta and whale sharks which was awesome. The dive experience with our dive guide Kwon was unprofessional and unsafe. I was placed in a group with another experienced diver and 2 older guests. These situations happened during our LOB:- Strong currents, older guests found it difficult to kick against the current during some dives. Kwon would get frustrated under water, signaling to them to descend more but he would not approach them underwater to support them. This happened on multiple dives. Thankfully we had another DM, Manny, who supported the couple. He was lovely and attentive.- On our first dive day, the currents were strong and waters murky. After the DM showed me a nudibranch, I took a picture. When I looked up, he was gone with my dive buddy and I was left alone. This is highly unsafe and unprofessional. Whilst I heard banging of his tank, I could not see him. Apparently my dive buddy could see me but they did not approach me, as a result, I did a safety stop by myself and ascended. I told Kwon how unsafe this was and to ensure it should not happen again.- On multiple dives, whenever Kwon found an animal, he would take a picture of the creature first, then allow the guests to take pics. While we were taking pics, he would swim off, leaving us be, and assuming we would catch up. He would only shine his torchlight at me from afar, expecting me to catch up. Mind you, this was in strong currents and murky waters. Again, highly unsafe.- There were some beginner divers on the boat who were uncomfortable with the current. His remarks were sarcastic and unprofessional, stating things like they should have a private guide. He also told me I should get a private guide if I wanted to take pictures, even though HE himself was taking pictures.- On the last day, while swimming with a whale shark, Kwon and I swam towards the animal take videos and pictures of the animal. At one point, my dive buddy was very tired kicking against the current and could not keep up. We had lost another diver. In short, he had lost sight of 2 divers on the 4 days of diving that we did. Again, unsafe.Other than these experiences, the other members of the crew were very friendly and great. The cooking was absolutely delicious – everything was yum! (although another diver who was veg, had very limited options). The room was spacious for lower deck, but very rocky (I would pick upper deck) and it was shared bathrooms.
