We booked thd toor to the similian ilands from the agency the staff on the speedboat – yellow boat , blue team number 5 were amazing, funny, helpfull and caring.The ride with the speed boat was very harsh because of the waves and some of the people on the boat had a sea sick.The staff were very relexing and help us to feel better.The lunch at the similian was amazing, very clean and orgenized and very tastfull.Very Recommended!

Me and my mum went on the Similan snorkelling trip by speedboat and it was amazing! The full team were brilliant, particularly impressed by Tom (Angelina) who was very funny and approachable and spoke excellent English and French. The islands were stunning and a lot quieter than I anticipated! We had breakfast, snacks and lunch all provided as well as water throughout the day. Highly recommended! A couple of people were see sick at our second snorkelling stop as they stayed on the boat while it was rocking, you should definitely get off the boat to prevent this. The staff were very attentive to the people who were poorly. Thankyou !
Customers MUST be advised when the open sea is so choppy and truly unbearable to traverse so that each customer can decide if they want to risk it, especially for people who have any back problem, health condition or fear when a speed boat jolts totally for the entire trip, like it did today.I went to the Similan Islands today and the conditions were treacherous. I have never been on such a tour in such conditions and it was a shocking experience, filled with non-stop bouncing, drenching and simply awful.Our guide told me at the end that he was even scared!!! This was totally irresponsible and money grabbing at its worst today. I would never recommend anyone to do it.
What a well organised tour group this would be the most organised tour group from hotel pick up to getting you on the boat .The staff were brilliant they also made sure that their messaging of the day and times on the island were clear and relayed in 3 languages .Could not have asked for a better day out
We booked the trip to Similan Islands. It was an amazing journey. The van picked up from the hotel on time, (best to stay in Khao Lak area, travelling to pier is quicker), check in procedures were smooth. (If you woke up too early and did not have time for breakfast, the waiting area offers light snacks for breakfast). There were facilities like changing room, shower room, shop, etc as well. The staff even proactively helped us to take some photos. The journey started with an interesting briefing by our tour guide Gaga. He (or she) was so funny and you would not get bored with them. Other crew on board were also helpful and took care of us. The tour included visiting the famous beach and watched the sail rock. Unfortunately it was heavily rain the night before and we could not climb up to the view point. Afterwards we had snorkelling at two different sites. There were lots of fishes and beautiful large coral. Finally we stopped at another beach for lunch. The restaurant at the beach was well set. Only that as we arrived late, so the food were all cold. There was a little trouble on the way to the island, the motor engine of the boat broke down. The crew tried to fix it but did not work. Eventually they sent another boat to pick up us. It caused 45 minutes delay during the journey. But the tour guide Gaga compensated us by pushing back the departure time for return journey. So we enjoyed a bit of time scrolling around the beach after lunch. The seawater just outside the restaurant was crystal clear.It was an amazing journey even though there were few hiphup. Thank you to Gaga and their crew members for this wonderful trip.
Staff were very helpful and took good care of us and our two children aged ( 5 and 7). Plenty of water, coke on board. Well organised.However, the overall experience wasn’t good and I would not recommend taking children… we were advised by seller is fine for kids. The breakfast was awful.. cold toast was all we could manage as the cooked stuff was cold and we didn’t want to risk dodgey tummies. 50 people crammed onto speed boat with no comfortable way of moving, changing, peoples stuff everywhere. Although the islands are absolute paradise we were naive to not expect how busy it all is… 100’s of people at all the locations ( not FST fault). The lunch was DISGUSTING!!!! Where you eat the lunch was full of flies.. the food quality was poor.. I asked for veggie and received meat. People struggling to find places to sit and eat as so busy. The bathrooms were horrendous… I couldn’t use the toilet as they were so horrible. So pleased we’d taken crisps as children wouldn’t have eaten all day. I imagine all the tours are like this… next time we’d spend more on a more private experience not in peak times!

Absolutely loved it, staff were helpful/funny & entertaining (Nancy & the crew). Snorkeling was great, we saw napoleon (humphead wrasse), turtles and dolphins plus many more fish. We received breakfast/lunch/afternoon tea, was all delicious. Plus coke/water/snacks on the boat. We received a bag with snorkel gear, towel, mat, sea sickness tablets etc, very handy. The best snorkeling we’ve ever done. Highly reccomend.
If you like very large groups whilst being patronised too-then maybe this is the group for you whilst the tour guide shrieks in excitement about nothing. Yellow team, yellow team. Those who like to smoke can also dispose of their cigarettes at the front of the boat whilst in serene surroundings ( let’s ignore the marine environment).Getting off and on the boat in shallow waters is a calamity waiting to happen for employees and visitors.The place adverts about being on a speed boat (it’s huge and can hold 70 plus).If you can’t swim then use a bouyancy aid ( one size fits all) dread to think if they come off.Fantastic needs to be renamed ( disaster waiting to happen).
