John never rushed us, we saw many sights in Phuket and good communication. Went to a good local cuisine for lunch. Highly recommend.
Afer finding a recommendation for John on the net we used his service from the airport. It was so good we used John to organise most of our 11 day trip and provide the transport for six of us. He wa a good communicator, relaible and prompt. Even arranged tourd for us on Christmas day.
What good service! We booked John for 7 days during our holiday in Phuket. John and Michelle, were fantastic. They were reliable, friendly and always willing to to help out when we had special requests. They booked day outings, organised flowers and champagne for an engagement. Nothing was too much.We felt safe in their vehicles and would not hesitate to book them for our next trip.
I came across John Welcome while planning for our Phuket vacation. We were looking for airport transportation as well as other excursions. We had 10 people with a lot of luggage. This company had great communications via Whatsapp. They offer everything from transportation to excursions. PRice point was not bad as well. But really appreciate the communication. Does help if you can speak thai. But communication was done all in englishWe only had to wait approx 10 mins at the airport and 2 vans came to pick us up. The vans even took us to a local restaurant prior to dropping us off at hotel. price was way better than hotel pickup.We also booked the van for city tour both days. Driver was very accommodating and took us everywhere.Boat outing was great as well. NOt sure who they contracted with but great service and price.We ended our trip in bangkok and John Welcome was also able to arrange for transportation there as well.I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services.

I fell for the hype. There were many good reviews for this tour company saying how reasonable the price was and how good the drivers spoke English. Well my experience was not that.1) booking- when I reached out to book they were immediately responsive but the price they quoted for airport transfer and the 6 hour tour did not match Phuket 101 700b hat airport, 1600 6 hour tour or their own website 800 airpprt transfer it was quite a bit more, they also added fuel and driver cost making it 3000 bhat. When I asked about lowering since it was all together they ghosted me until I agreed to the price. There are also multiple people responding and they don’t read previous conversation so I had yo repeat myself several times. I am still waiting for a receipt 2 days later since I paid in cash.2) arrival amd pickup- went smoothly finding the sign with my name was easy and the driver them came in and found meThe van was different than pictured but was clean, air conditioned and comfortable. 3) Services- airport transfer and city tour ending at my hotel. My driver had not been made away of my request. It also threw him off that i did not have a list of places to go. I genuinely thought they had set itineraries. I ended up googling things in the van. My driver also did not speak English well and I had to text translations throughout the ride otherwise we rode in silence. He was very nice but the lost in translation took away from the experience and made for an akward afternoon. There was also disappointment that I did not want to do a lot of touristy activities i.e zip line, take picture with tiger, elephants etc.. I wanted more of a local experience but this did not translate when I asked. He was also not able to give info/details on temples etc. Like why built, how long been there so back to google.They also wanted to take pictures of me for their website. I think this is something you ask closet to the end and not on the first stop. I wanted to see how the experience went before posing with their sign, in the end I would not pose or consent to using my picture. Overall an okay way to get around town but bring someone with you, make a list and do your research and make sure you conversation translator app works.
