Very angry that the food massage was applied with a wooden stick and the Thai body massage was not professional. Jacuzzi and shower only has cold water. Didn’t expect that in Thailand.

Overpriced service with staff who are not fluent in English to accomodate international tourists’ requests. The massage experience was minimalistic and the staff kept talking to each other whilst delivering the service to us. We booked a Shirodara package and we felt shortchanged as we didn’t get the authentic experience of relaxation. The masseuses were not focusing on pressure points and caressed gently instead – didn’t feel like a massage. Their instructions to change outfits was also unclear with a rude tone. The only positive experience was the nature garden environment and welcome drink. The staff are only interested in $$ instead of service!
Brought here by taxi driver. Its a distance away from beach. Exterior looks good but the standard was not professional. They propose a 1 hour package for 1200 bhat. we only wanted foot massage which cost the same. In the end bargain down to 1000bhat. My masseur was not experienced. We were not asked to wash legs, which is a bad sign for spa standard…and they finished off with a head/shoulder massage. We didn’t want to visit a spa for foot massage in Thailand. My friends only paid 300bhat for 1 hour foot massage. So thanks to the driver, we got ripped off.
We received a recommendation for this place from our hotel. The grounds were very, very beautiful. The place is situated right on a lake and there’s breathtaking views everywhere. We opted for 3 hours and felt that the value was there. I got an oil massage, foot massage and facial. I would likely skip the facial next time as I enjoy one with extractions and this one was more relaxing. When in Thailand I usually go to various places at different price points. We went to a more local place near our hotel a few days later and paid a 4th of the price. If you can afford it and are looking for something special I think it’s worth it to splurge here. The place could use some freshening up in some areas (women’s locker room and shower). Would I do it again? Absolutely.
This is standard stop for taxi drivers touring folks around the island. I normally would not come here as over priced. Ambiance very nice and rooms were spacious and had showers inside room. I had an elder lady and she was very sweet and kind and listen to what I needed. This was a one time visit as there are other places with lower fees and decent space
