Hadn’t used Amy Tour And Travel in a couple years but used it for a transfer between Suvarnabhumi & Pattaya for my wife and me. I booked online using the booking form & Amy Tour And Travel got back to me within a day. They sent me instructions for pickup, clear & detailed with contact numbers if a problem. A representative was at the airport meeting spot with our name on a sign. We waited while she got the driver for us. To the car, nice sedan & to Pattaya in a little over an hour, no traffic issues as it was around 8 pm. Amy Tour And Travel still provides a very nice transfer service & would use again.
We came into india on the Celebrity Ascent on January 2. We would have normally taken a tour offered by the taxi, but since we had lived in PR many years ago, we opted for a customized tour . From the beginning of working with Amy tour and travel before we arrived through the entire 4 hour tour, he was professional and extremely accomodating. He did such a fantastic job navigating through the challenging traffic of Old mumbai and getting us as close as possible to our favorite places so we would not have to walk so far. We even learned a little more history from him and we traveled through the city.There were 6 of us in his immaculate and cool van and we had plenty of room. This was a perfect and economical alternative for a group.Amy tour and travel was a gem to work with and I hope to get back to PR to have him take us to the Rain Forest or anywhere around PR .
