  1. So I’ve just finished my Hot Aroma Oil Massage with Tom. I chose the orange and cinnamon oil…just divine. She found muscles I didn’t know I had!! It was a fabulous experience, and all of the staff were welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend you drop in and see them if you’re in the area!

  2. This is a new branch of Makkha Spa in Chiang Mai, it’s located in the center of Night Market street. The building was new, nice atmosphere and full equipped. Moreover, this branch open till midnight. The staffs were friendly, masseur was very intentive and proficient. I always love their mango sticky rice and coconut icecream which served after my treatment. Highly Recommend!

  3. Very good service. And a great massage. They give you tea before, and a sticky rice with mango at the end. You take a shower and enjoy good massage.

  4. This is an amazing spa. Modern. Clean. Professional. Kind. Alternative. It is well priced for the high quality of service provided.

  5. My husband and I had a 90 minute couples massage and it was perfect! This spa is a less expensive alternative to a hotel spa and is perfect for those who desire a Thai massage, but are uncomfortable with the many many locations on the street. The spa is clean and relaxing. The massage rooms are private and the services were excellent! As an added bonus you get tea and snacks before and after! I highly recommend this spa!

  6. the spa is brand new right across the street from the Marriott where I was staying. I made and appointment for 5PM and pre-paid in full at the time. I had to wait 20 minutes and was given no comment on why they were so late. The girl giving the Thai massage appartently had ZERO training. It was worthless. I stopped her before she was done since it was a was of time.I gave her a nice 200 but tip since it was not her fault. The spa inself is nice, but the owner needs to be onsite and do more.I think she might have been a woman in the lobby talking load on her cell phone. The information checkin paperwork I stated what areas to work on and that information never made it to the therapist.

  7. Absolutely a very delightful experience. It’s very nice time for me during. Great welcome with professional staffs!I really love this service.

  8. This place was recommended and arranged for by the hotel. The beds were on the floor. We booked the Thai massage. My husband had a good masseuse but mine was below average to incompetent. Relatively expensive.

  9. This is really an eye opening experience for me: we stayed at Chiang Mai for a week, I tried booking for this spa twice. The first time, we booked for a group of 4, without checking our gender, they just assume we could fit in 2 couple-room. But in fact we consist of 3 males and 1 female. We tried several options, including asking for one more room, or use a room divider, etc. The receiption lady coldlessly refused all of our requests, and just impatiently hinted that we should resolve the issue by ourselves. We had no choice there, only 3 of us did massage that day(I was the one who skipped the massage, and based on my friends, the massage there were just okay, it was not worth the price).Fast forward 2 days, I had an opening slot. Since I really wanted to try 4-hand thai masssage, there were really not that many options in Chiang Mai, so I tried booking for this same store. I called and made the booking, but an hour later, they reached out, claiming they had made a mistake and only booked a normal thai massage, not a 4-hand one for me. They simply offered to pick me up and do the 4-hand massage in a different store, ignoring the fact that the traffic could be real bad, and it could took like 2 hours or more to do a simple 1-hour 4-hand massage. No matter what I complained and argued, they just repeated and repeated themselves and ask “can you do it at a different store, we offer pick-up from night bazaar store”.I do believe a decent spa could do better than this.
