The staff were wonderful from star to end, seeing to all our needs and interacting with us as part of our tour group. They were so engaging we forgot that they were the facilitators often times. THIS is how it should be done. Holiday Story has set the bar high for all their contemporaries to aspire to.
Met a group in Thailand for our friends’ wedding. Beautiful venues, exciting tours, excellent food. Holiday Story took such good care of us. If I ever go back to Thailand, I will work with them again.
This tour was absolutely amazing. Nattaya was incredible. She spoke great english and was super easy going. The tour took us to places where there were less tourists so it was very relaxing and gave us a great understanding of the thai culture. Would highly recommend!! We were also filmed and had our photo graphs taken from the photographer the whole time which meant we didnt have to worry about taking our own.
luxury ocean boat club was the highlight of my 10 day holiday. It was a surprise for my sisters birthday so the day beds just made it extra special . She also has allergies which the staff catered for 100% would recommend it.
My husband and I took our family to Phuket and wanted to do a couple tours while there. A friend recommended Holiday Story. Miss Natti arranged 3 tours for us. The tour around Phang Nga was for myself and 8yo and 10yo. The kids wanted to see the sea turtles and I wanted a bit of time exploring Thailand. Miss Natti suggested the Delight Phang Nga tour. I wanted to be done the tour by 2pm so the kids would still have time at the beach. She arranged for us to go with one of her drivers on our own private tour with one of her tour guides, Woody (who is also a photographer). Woody took us for kayaking at Sarasin Bridge in the mangrove forest, then to Khao Lak Lam Ru National Park to see the sea turtle conservation efforts at the Navy base and then lunch on a bamboo raft down a river. Woody’s english was quite good, he was knowledgeable about the different places we went to he was also good at helping the kids feel comfortable and made sure they had umbrellas to stay cool, etc. The lunch was so tasty and they had some good options for the kids. I could not have arranged this kind of trip on my own and I would not have thought to arrange some of this. The price for the tour was 100% worth it. It was such a fun day for my kids and I!We will definitely use Holiday Story when we come back to Thailand and I will be sure to ask Miss Natti and Woody what tours they would recommend!
This was my 3rd time visiting Thailand, and this holiday was different because me and my 2 friends decided to get recommendation, advices and services from Holiday Story. And we are so happy that we did so.Everything was perfectly organised, starting from pick up at the Phuket airport. The highlights of the trip was a private tour to Khao Lak national park with one night spent in the jungle tree houses and the other one on the floating houses on the lake. And 3 days at Surin island sleeping in the tents on the beach, snorkling and relaxing. Everything was so well planned (transfers, equipments, accommodation, food), that we didn’t need to think of anything, just relax and enjoy.Big thanks to Holidays story team for the amazing holidays.
I booked an airport transfer service to Patong beach area and a 5-hour city tour. The driver was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about Phuket. He took me to 8 attractions within 5 hours which were beyond my expectation. He also helped me take pictures during the sightseeing as I’m a solo traveler. That’s very nice of him. After that, he dropped me off at the airport in time. All in all, it’s such a great service and value for money. Strongly recommended!
