this was an amazing experience from start to finish! Needed a self care day from all the air pollution with early burning season in CM and was preparing for a long weekend ahead. I decided to treat myself to a whole package of the herbal steam, scrub and oil massage. WELL WORTH IT. The herbal steam cleared my air pathways, felt a huge detox and was more relaxing than expected, my favorite part really! The scrub and massage was the cherry on top getting me body baby bottom smooth. Overall the space was warm, welcoming, had a delicious tea brought out in the beginning and offered another tea and fruit at the end.Panida is the sweetest and loveliest owner, love the space she’s created for empowering other women. Pure bliss. The team at Heart N Soul are very caring. The massage is a very high standard. I recommend combining with a steam bath experience. It’s similar to a traditional sauna but you have it privately unless you book with a friend.I generally go solo but also a favourite spot to go with my mum.

This place is amazing, clean and peaceful. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed stream bath so much and i love scrub product they made from natural ingredients. I have beautiful time every time i came here. I can’t explain more, you should try yourself!❤️
I had a beautiful relaxing experience, with shower, steam room, massage, plus, the staff were so sweet and polite, making me feel very welcome. The highlight was finally getting to meet the owner, Panida, who I had been waiting all year to meet and was so lovely and after speaking with her for some time was so impressed by hearing what they do to empower woman and the plans for the future are going to be even more impressive!This is a MUST to vist, and as often as you can whilst in beautiful Chaing Mai.

Lovely massage! Adjusted to my wishes and very friendly staff! At the beginning we got some fresh lemonade and after the massage was over (we took 60 min) we got hot tea! Thank you Calm Massage!
