  1. Super phi phi island trip . Eve , our guide is excellent, as were the support staff. Five stars to this company

  2. This company will do anything to avoid honouring their tickets if you are ill and unable to travel. I notified them that so was unable to travel and they agreed that it could be transferred. When it came to rebooking they did everything to avoid honouring the ticket.Avoid at all costs.

  3. Avoid sun-san’s four island tour. Very bad planning. Forcing to stay in islands for too long. We had our speed boat breakdown and took too long to fix.

  4. Had read other positive reviews and so pleased that we ended up booking our two trips through Jimmy and her team. They are based in the Klong Muang Beach area of Krabi. Worked hard to get us on the trips that we wanted despite others saying that they were fully booked, very happy with both. Do give Jimmy a try as this is a small business working hard to deliver a great service which included in one instance, picking us up from the hotel!

  5. NOT SAFE. Crew smoking weed at every stop . Including the driver of the boat . The crew was responsible for 25 passengers on a boat in the middle of the ocean . We did the 4 island tour . They sat and smoked up at every stop . Not safe . Just plain stupid .

  6. Our guides, Emmy and her team are superbly experienced and professional. The explanation also clear and easy to understand. I wish they keep their good service. I will definitely recommend this tour group to my friends. We went on 24/4/2024.

  7. Amazing crew on board who were absolutely friendly, interacted with everyone, shared tips and safety instructions. Despite the rain that was beyond anyone’s control, the main guide Sab was absolutely professional. We went to all the stops that were planned out. Fruit platter and drinks were given on board. Lunch was at an amazing buffet spread with super clean washrooms. Sab always reminded us to wear lifejackets for our own safety. Very chill guy but still made sure we were all safe. For those who aren’t water confident could either stay on the boat or safely swim in the ocean with a buoy. I recommend this agency! Superb

  8. We were very disappointed with the Phi Phi Island tour; we have never been on such a poorly organized trip. First, we waited half an hour at the hotel for the pick-up, then after just five minutes, we stopped and had to wait another 30 minutes in the sun due to disorganization. The tour guide was unpleasant, even though he thought he was being funny. Then, we had to walk ten minutes to reach the boat. The speedboat was a disaster. It felt like sitting in a bathtub, with no view at all. I’ve never experienced anything like it — it was claustrophobic. Instead of enjoying the scenery, we could only see the boat’s interior. There were too many people onboard; the booking company said there would be 30 people, but there were 45, plus the guides. We were crammed together, unable to move.We hardly saw anything worthwhile. At the few stops we made, it was overcrowded. The lunch stop was in a cafeteria-style setting with too many people and tasteless food. I definitely do not recommend this tour to anyone. Complete disappointment — the worst trip I’ve ever taken. Very disappointed.

  9. Nicely organize tour. Amy was best guide. Food was good. Hotel pickup and drop was available in ao nang area. We did swimming, snorkeling and photo shooting

  10. Take your money elsewhere. There’s so many other tours you can go with then Sun San. First they won’t drop you off from where they picked you up from. Left us on the bottom of a steep hill that’s about a km up. Said it was our problem. Second, the tour guides are rule and will raise their voices at you if you missed any instructions. They already have your money so why be professional. All in all our experience was low and next time we’ll definitely will be going with someone else then Sun San.

  11. Be aware that the Phi Phi Islands tour is awful and absolutely nothing like they describe when selling the trip. We didn’t even get the return transfer (they made some excuse about bad traffic – but amazingly the taxi we ended up having to take didn’t have any traffic issues). There will be hundreds of people at the meeting point and you will be split into groups and then crammed onto a speedboat where 4 people can sit up front but the other 40 of you will be inside where you can’t see anything. The Viking Cave will have dozens of other boats in front of you so you won’t get a good picture and they stop there for about 90 seconds. The lagoon swimming is just a roped off area with about 20 speedboats round it and you will be bobbing around in a human soup. There are also no toilets on the Speedboat and we were told to go in the sea, so it that’s pretty gross. The snorkelling was the same – small roped off area and loads of people. Then you finally make land at Maya Beach where you are shouted at and given strict instructions to walk single file down the path with NO STOPPING! There were literally thousands of tourists there. This was at 1:30pm and was the first time we were allowed to get any food. The beach itself was rammed, and there were dozens of coastguards shouting at you to stay out of the water. Unpleasant in the extreme. Next whisked off to the main island and marched to the “restaurant” which was like a school canteen. Hundreds of people lining up to get lukewarm boring food off the buffet. Then battling to find a table to sit and eat. Then marched back to the boat. “Monkey Island” we stopped at for 90 seconds. They pointed out a monkey on teh rock and then moved on. From inside the speedbpat you couldn’t really see anything or take pics anyway. The final stop was another busy beach with a roped off swimming area. Also bear in mind that almost every stop involved getting off the boat and wading through waist deep water to get to the shore. If you have limited mobility it’s not for you (they don’t tell you this). If you are even a minute late back to one of the meeting points you will get shouted at by the guides. It was absolutely the worst tour I’ve ever done. Please save your money and don’t go with this company.

  12. The trip was very good overall. Managed to visit many places and returned approximately on time. Emy, our guide was great and very helpful. Our transfer to and from the hotel was also guaranteed. Things to improve: would be better if the boats had 15 people max instead of 25 (it gets too much with 25 and we barely have space to move in the boat). Also, the whole tour could probably be focused on less stops, so that there is more time per stop. Phi phi is full of tourists and very crowded.
