I really enjoyed this tour from start to finish.It was a great experience and really well organised. We went to several islands. Monkey Island, bamboo island, maya bay and other locations.They did their best to keep us off the crowds and in most cases they succeed. We had a wonderful time and can not recommend them enough.All the crew and guide when way and beyond to make our day unforgettable.Maya bay, we arrived there and it looked like every tourist in Thailand was there. Fortunately they timed it so we where the last to leave the island and got to see it deserted.Great day.
Booked the Tour with Friends. The snorcling locations are quite nice and the time (30mins) is enough. Food was nice and the drinks are cold. If you are an vegetarian you need to tell them when booking.But: – Monkey beach was unreachable due to the tide: I mean, tide is every day same time. You should know the tides, don’t you? Just reverse the tour.- They charge for Mosquito, Viking, Maya. But you can only see from the boat. Shark-Bay was also not reacheble cause waves were to high. C‘mon the whole day was no wind. Just zero. What is that?! We should see 8 destinations and just visited 4?! We would‘n booked this again!
The map (see photo), which sold us the tour, went to less than half of the stops advertised, 6 out of 13. We didn’t visit Monkey Park, Shark Point, Loh Moodee Beach,Runtee Bay, Hin Klang, Mosquito Island, Nui Bay, or Wong Long CaveWhen other customers and I asked about the change in itinerary, we were met with incredibly rude behaviour by the staff.There were many different excuses given. But the main one was this is the way we always do it. Even though I’d had the full itinerary confirmed by 3 separate travel agents the previous day (when I was comparing costs). When asking the main office after the tour, they relied on the statement ” that the itinerary can be changed due to weather.” I think we had the most calm day possible. It is clear that they had no intention of visiting all the stops on the itinerary.We felt constantly lied to by the staff. You can get a half day tour elsewhere that will go to all the stops we did visit for 400 baht less.

We booked a day tour in Phi Phi islands. The Day started very nice, we did what program saíd, but with the excuse of rain, they left us 3 Hours in Bamboo island, and even with weather calmed. We lost a los of time doing nothing in a place that you can visit in an hour. There were lots of places to visit, and weather calmed enough to visit them, but 3 Hours of wait in a beach. Horrible company, pirates
THE THAI HOAX! La gran estafa thailandesa. HUSTLERS!!! MONEY & TIME WAST! DON’T GO!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.We booked the full day speed boat trip, and it was a really shining and sunny day. HOWEVER IT WAS HORRIBLE:- We arrived Phi Phi Lee Lagoon with no sun because we were 1 HOUR finding sharks. Maya bay also no sun. The planing they sell you says 30 minutes in each stop. – The driver stopped the boat really far away in a snorkeling point, we had to swim A LOT in the DEEP WATER, really scary!!!!!!! It was horrible experience, really, the driver looks like he was tired of working- The driver was really unkind with us. Saying “no” to everything. The driver was the laziest person I’ve ever known.- No Nui Bay stop!!! No one told us this before we paid, hustlers!- We claimed at night and in the morning, we wanted some money back or a new trip to Phi Lee Lagoon for free, BUT: 1. The person in the night was SO RUD, he just close the office and says “go home, no refund, bye”.2. Arisa group made us go until their office again in the morning (which was 30 minutes walking from our hotel) to waste 2 hours of our travelling time for nothing… they laughted at us. Call the police, they said. 3. No money refund, no apologies, just go out home. It was horrible experience. 4.They made us lose our day.It was a waste of money and time, the information and the reality, its totally different.
The tour around the places was alright even though it sometime felt like they are just trying to “kill the time” until the sunset. The thing I would definitely change is the tour guide. Our tour guide was called Alice and she kept shouting all day long without any good reason. She talked to us like we would be a bunch of small kids and kept screaming with her high voice and STRONG accent so most of the people didn’t understand her anyway.The food and refreshments were good.
So we booked a full day cruise on a sunny morning, since its rainy in the afternoon, the cruise was about 8 hours, staff is friendly and communicative, you get unlimited soft drinks and water, coffed with snacks in the morning, lunch at bamboo island, you can swim with a life west and chill snorkeling. you visit maya bay before other cruises arrive so its empty, downside sun was not yet up, there were like 3 snorkeling locations from the boat, and beach time. very exciting tour, toally worth, happy vibes
I did the full day tour and had a really good day. The guys who were working on the boat (not the guide) were so friendly and they helped me swim to find the sharks and we saw lots so I really appreciated this. All the timings in my opinion were perfect. The stops were lovely. Lunch was a bit of a non affair but this isn’t why you would book the tour, it’s just something to fill you up on the go. Lots of water and full fat coke available – would be ideal if they had a diet coke or coke zero option but again that’s just my preference. It is a long day but worth it! Would recommend.
Had a brilliant time. Weather wasn’t the best but snorkelling was awesome. Crew on the boat were lovely. Would definitely recommend if you’re in phi phi
