Tea Tree Spa is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 81 Moo 3 Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Mai Khao Beach, 83110, Thailand
My wife and I booked 4 sessions, the initial session was the ayurvedic indian treatment. All sessions were superb, clean environment, relating atmosphere and good clean treatments. Well priced for all this, so do highly recommend this place. We stayed at the Holiday Inn, hence it was easier for us to book and visit.
My wife and I had one session of massage at the spa. Well maintained spa, excellent service from the masseuses, and overall nice experience. A bit pricey by what you would expect in say Bangkok, but still seemed a good deal and value.
After reading all the wonderful reviews I decided to make an appointment online for my friend and I to have a traditional Thai massage on our last day in Thailand. Boy was I happy that I did! May was the name of my massage therapist and she was magnificent! Her hands were soft yet firm. I’ve never had a traditional Thai massage before so I didn’t know what to expect. It was nothing like any other massage I’ve ever had. I left there feeling wonderful. When I met my friend outside she had the biggest smile on her face and the first words that came out of her mouth was “we just have to return whenever we are back in Thailand”. Her massage therapist’s name was Ana. Thank you at Tea Tree Spa for making our last day of Sand, sea and sun very memorable. Ooh I almost forgot to mention that the ginger tea with honey was the best 😉
I booked a two-hour time slot with my family (a group of 6). The services were not up to standard. We arrived on time, but the staff was quite rude, urging us to pick our preferred treatments and fill out the questionnaire as soon as possible. We asked her to allow us some time to read things through, but she said we had to start on time because there were customers following us. While I totally understand, the way she spoke and served did upset us. We made a decision before the starting time, but we were then asked to wait while she discussed with a number of her staff behind us loudly in Thai, leaving us quite puzzled. We picked the same treatment (Siam something). But it was disappointing that the services we got from individual staff were different. For example, we took a shower after the scrubbing part, but some of us were offered a new underwear to get changed, while some were not. After the shower, some of us were served with moisturizing oil applying to our skin, but some were not.All in all, the service quality is quite disappointing and I won’t recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and pleasant spa experience.
Efficient check in and a good massage for a reasonable price considering this is in a hotel! However the room was a little too bright and there were loud sounds of kids playing. The woman doing the reservations was a tad too familiar bordering on being intrusive. All in all, still a decent experience!
It was one of the best massages I have had. I chose to get Thai classic massage and Noi was the lady doing it for me. She did an awesome job, perfect pressure and was very professional. It’s definitely value for money. Massage rooms were well maintained and clean. Ambiance of the place was wonderful!!
Booked a 2-hour Balinese spa for couple which consists of a one hour massage, body scrub and floral bath. The treatment started at 2pm and by 310pm, I already finished body massage and body scrub, and started the floral bath. The lady came to check on me at 345pm and told me that the floral bath will end at 4pm. I was completely shocked as normally the bath will only take half an hour maximum. I didn’t want to stay any longer as I already had wrinkly fingers. My bf on the other hand had a good experience and ended the spa around 405pm. To be fair, the massage was really good. I’m just a bit upset as I was shortchanged for 15mins. Sad.
Booked myself and husband over 2 different days. We were staying at the Marriott and Tea Tree Spa was exceptional value for money, Husband had traditional 90min massage which was uncomfortable but well needed, I had the 3hr signature treatment the followingg day and it was amazing. Balanced with a body scrub, massage, facial then body soak, the treatment was amazing and I highly recommend in terms of service, quality and atmosphere.
I spend 6 days in this hotel and as expensive their massage prices were compare to all the other massage places that this city has too offer, I decided to not paid expensive transportation as I did before and to stayed in the local hotel spa. I try the scalp hot oil massage it was listed as 1 hour and they said they can do it for 1/2 hour. I had hear from my yoga profesor about this kind of hot oil head and skull massage the place is nice inside but feel the massage went too fast she just massage the sides of my head and put hot oil not slowly. I feel it was too short and she did not drop the oil drops slow as it was supposed to be. I think they should take it out of their menu and just do thaimassages.
