I rented a bike with my girlfriend for 3 days. The bikes are in good and safety contidions, the service is excellent and the emoloyees friendly and helpful.The employees and the owner care about you und your safety on the streets, they explain to you special cases and things which are important to know for safety drive on the roads in thailand. Dont worry to leave your passport there, they handle it with care a d you can trust them. On the first day I had 1 hour of discussion due to i was not willig to leave my passport because i read terreble stories in the internet, but in the end i spoke to the boss and just trusted them and it was the right decisionIf you want to rent a bike on phuket, just do it there and you will have a lot of fun without trouble and without worry about your safety or your passport.Highly recommendet rental agencie!
We had a bike for 4 days, hassle free, we were told for things to watch out for on the roads. It gives you so much freedom to explore and I would highly recommend using this company. We are going back tomorrow to get the bike again to go exploring! Great customer service, honest and fair. If you don’t know how to ride….don’t bother
The lady at the counter was very rude and insisted for taking insurance. I don’t know how people are writing the review that they don’t take the original passport, because they do. When we denied for depositing original passport she asked us to deposit 20000 baht as security. We were left with no other option but to leave.

I was welcomed very kindly. and although I didn’t rent the motorcycle there (I just didn’t want to leave my passport for security), the owner was very friendly and helped me and arranged another rental. I was even picked up on site and taken to the other rental shop! Excellent service from a businessman who knows what service means.

I had a great experience with ET Motorbike. They are honest and highly responsible. I was initially worried about leaving my passport, but no hassles whatsoever.
