We had a half day tour of Hua Hin with Conny who took us to parts of the city we would never have found on our own. We had a fabulous time and it gave us confidance to hire bikes from her and explore ourselves. Many Thanks Conny.Raymond and Shelly
Pros: Conny is a very well-organized person, she shares the many things she knows about the country, and you ride on tracks / little roads that you may not dare to use on your ownAgainst : we had expected more riding and a little less beach time, and had told Conny about it before. Slightly too light lunch at her son’s restaurant. Very disappointed that she cancelled an additonnal bike rental we thought we had agreed on (including delivery of the bikes at the hotel), with only 24 hours notice (too late to organize sthg else), for the reason that a car tour had been booked with her for these days, providing no alternative, no apologies, and not even answering further emailing from us. Ok, money is money, but a happy customer is a happy customer too 😉
After selling her business, Conny returned to The Netherlands and Wesley took over. He did a very good job explaining Hua Hin and showing several interesting aspects. F.e. You see a person cleaning unions, but inside the shack is a complete business producing 25% of Hua Hin Tom Yam paste. Amazing!Great way to explore Hua Hin, very recommendable!
We started at 08.00 in the morning, because of the temperature. We had a beautiful trip visiting the real live in Hua Hin as wel as some hot spots!! Our guide “Wesley” explained everything what we wanted to know. Happy family. Thanks again. Must do in Hua Hin !!’
Thanks to Wesley for fitting us in at short notice, we had an excellent day out, seeing what Hua hin has to offer. Wesley showed us his favourite place to eat in Hua Hin And we returned there that night to have one of the best nights we had on our trip. It is not listed, but if you ask for the food court at Soi 88, you will find it. On our visit the crowd was thai with a few (us include) westerners thrown in. Not sure if it was because of the kings birthday, but there was traditional music and dancers that was just fantastic, However the crowd seemed to be more interested in the next pop band, well at least all the girls in the crowd seemed particularly amored with the boys in the band.Lindy was so impressed with Hua hin to do Muay Thai boxing. Thanks Wesley
This was just the best ever tour of Hua Hin. We have done the bike tour of Bangkok and Chiang Mai previously. What really made the day was Wesley, our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and certainly gave 100% to the tour. A great day out seeing parts of Hua Hin we would not have done so as well as Monkey Mountain which we were planning to visit anyway. The stops at the Mai Thai and spice places were fascinating. Food was good along the way. Bikes were ok too. What was a 4 hour trip turned into 6 hours but it was all just so good. All credit to Wesley.
We started our tour early at 8:00. This is very important as temperature rises quickly! Wesley is a great guide with a lot of knowlegde of Hua Hin, history and Boedism. We’ve seen a variety of things; rich, poor, crowded and quite places. He took us to temples, harbour, markets, monkeys and boxing school where we tried to knock down the trainer without succes😀. The tour ended with a very tastefull lunch. Thanks Wesley, for a great experience.
Started early morning to beat the heat, tour around Hua Hin markets temples and places of interest. Well worth it too get your bearings and some great views from chopstick hill.
We were biking around Hua Hin with Wesley. Even if he is not Thai he is like a local. He is knowledgeable and he can tell you everything about Thai culture and Hua Hin District. Apart that he is funny and easy going person. We enjoyed our time with him. Time passed fast cause it was so good. What we visited? Four villages in Hua Hin. Some of them was poor, some very rich. We made many stops and during that time Wesley told us many interesting stories. We visited Chinese temple at the sea side… So peaceful. We played with makaki monkeys there. Our last stop it was Thai Box Training Centre where Wesley did show by himself for us. We are ready to participate in these kind of lesson now. We are excited about it. All ride was smooth and easy. Organization was perfect. After 4 houuuurs of biking delicious meal was waiting for us in the restaurant. Great end of this day. Highly rcommended thing to do in Hua Hin.
We did the morning tour, “Colors of Hua Hin”. Wesley is a great guide, very knowledgeable, and also shared with us his love of Thailand and his favorite places in the area. The bikes are not new, but they are fine nonetheless. Totally worth it – thank you!
