We did a half day trip to Koh Phangan with Jetskis. Thomas gave us some instructions at the beginning and then we were able to drive over from Samui to Phangan. We were really happy about the whole trip and would definitely come back. Great experience with Thomas!
It was an epic ride in the sunset. we really felt comfortable because everybody was super nice and explained everything to us. also the quality and condition of Jetskies were good.
This was defenitly the best trip i’ve had… this is a unique way to Explorer the island. Beautiful places to see…….
I feel like I am being generous giving three stars, but I feel two stars might be unfair as well.I waited a few days to write a review because I was kind of upset after our three hour tour and I didn’t want that to taint my review on the trip as a whole.This is going to be a long one so sorry about that!We had planned to go on the trip earlier on our vacation but I got really sick so I contacted Thomas early the same morning to cancel. He was so nice about it and he even made an effort to fit us in later but sadly it didn’t work out.It was a beautiful day and we were only two couples that were going on that 3hour tour in the afternoon, the sea was calm and we were really excited.Our guides seemed nice, they didn’t speak a lot of english so the communication was little. They showed us how to turn the jetskis on and off and off they went. We didn’t know where we were going and they were a lot faster than us so we just had to try and keep up. We stopped at the first island, after one of the guides made some hand gestures that we were supposed to understand (remember, there was no demonstration or briefing of any kind before we took off) and walked around for a bit. We didn’t know where we were, how long we were going to stay there and we didn’t see our guides most of the time. We decided to stay close to the jetskis so we wouldn’t miss them. We asked where we were going to next and the answer was “another island” and the guides were off! We followed and got to the second island, no idea the name or where it is. The third island was the same story.On our way home the wind had picked up a bit so it was a lot harder to ride as fast as the guides did. There was no time to test the jetskis out, play a little or get the feel of things because we were just going as fast as we could in a straight line to the next island.I wish I had brought better eye protection because I was soaking wet on the way home and my eyes were burning (going as fast as you can on a jetski that you are riding for the first time and not seeing is not very fun).We just got the feeling that the guides were on a hurry to finish this trip off.I was really hoping for the unique experience that people are talking about in other reviews but it just wasn’t. Maybe we were just unlucky, maybe there is a reason for why we felt rushed or maybe I just set my expectations too high for this trip.
We were a family of 8 people on five JetSki’s . We booked the three hour tour and it did not disappoint, so much fun and such a beautiful day. Mr Thomas is a very skilled guide and your safety is very much considered. Would definitely recommend this jet ski company.
Unfortunately, I can only leave a negative review, as this team ruined our plans. We wanted to book a four-hour trip, which costs a substantial amount of money, 8000 baht in total. I personally spoke with the staff on the beach two days before the planned evening (on Thursday). I told them to book us a jet ski for the whole four hours for a tour on Saturday, while I find a babysitter for my children. They replied, “Okay, no problem, just confirm tomorrow during the day that you want to reserve.” The next day, at 12:00, I wrote to them saying yes, we will come on Saturday. The owner, who, as I understood, does not speak English at all, replied. He said, “Come now,” and I said that we booked for Saturday, not Friday. Then he told me that Saturday wouldn’t be possible as it was already booked… What do you mean booked? If it was available on Thursday when I made the reservation?Terrible service, awful experience, ultimately ruining our vacation. I recommend to anyone thinking of booking a tour with them to come on the same day and not make plans, as they will end up ruining them. Or simply turn to other companies on the island.
We did a 3hr jet ski safari with Adrenaline Vibes (it was actually booked via with Koh Sanuk, who I’ll leave a separate review for and can highly recommend as there will be no language issues). From the very start, the comms were excellent- Anna got in touch on WhatsApp and then didn’t mind me bugging her with questions about what to take etc!!The safari itself was fantastic – a ride across open ocean to Koh Phangan where we did some of the best snorkelling of the our trip. You don’t get much time to ‘play’ on the jet skis, so if that’s what you want, you’re probably better off just hiring by the hour. Also, the trip is not for the faint hearted!! Riding them on the open ocean is quite an adrenaline rush and might not be for everyone …… with the speed involved and hitting some of the big waves. We loved it though!!

Our family with a teen daughter did the 3 hour safari today. We cannot thank Thomas and his team enough for an awesome experience. They settled the nerves of two of us who were too nervous to drive in the choppy waters & happily had us as passengers on the rear. We saw amazing beaches, stopped at beautiful locations for swimming & snorkeling, and had a great time. We would not hesitate to recommend this awesome business – absolute professionals!
