They keep you up to date and try to think with you if you need something special. They offer proof of delivery and let you know if delivery had to be postponed if the addressee was not at home. Service does not include flowers only, but addional gifts as well so including cards, cakes, balloons and stuffed animals. The e-mail correspondence just breathes their kindness and willing to help.
I have now used Isan Flowers 2 times and the service has been excellent. Both times I have asked them to do more than the usual flower delivery (like gift wrapping, translating service or changed the delivery time in the last moment) They have always been very co-operative and helpful and fulfilled all my requests 100%. The service and product deserves 10 stars! Isan Flowers went above and beyond with delivering a BEAUTIFUL arrangement of snacks and white orchards to my friend staying in hotel quarantine. They went the extra mile (literally) to deliver these out of area and customised the snacks to suit the recipients tastes.Again, with the turn around and delivery time in less than 48 hours, is exceptional.
